Ready Emiryal, we start now Ash though to Emiryal
The fun begins now does it? Iormungr eagerly asks Ash. Yep! Ash replied.
"FOR THE VARDEN!!" Ash shouted and flew in, and started to watch the trainees look up in fear. Ash smiled and went flying on. He had Iormungr circle a few times before landing. As soon as Iormungr landed, Ash lept off, and ran over to the trainee riders, Zarroc's Iliun in hand. Today was going to be fun. Ash sliced once, twice, three times at the trainee know as Uruale. To finish off his combo he shouted "BRISINGR!!!" The voice sounded wrong in his head. It sounded nothing like him, all because Galbatorix didn't want them to be recognized. Also Galbatorix didn't want Jackle to be a part of the fight, only to watch it from afar, as her identity would have easily given away the rouse. He hated not being able to have Jackle to help him. Ash got back on Iormungr, and started with some aerial combat with Sythlern and Flare. Iormungr bathed the two in fire as he flew over. Iormungr turned, and flew under them, while Ash attempted to slice the dragons chests open.
I knew this would be fun! Iormungr though, being the little dragon he was at heart.
Yes it is Iormungr. They look like they are getting the butts handed to them... two or three times Ash said to Iormungr, laughing at his little joke

Uruale's face crumbled into a deep seeded snarl. His anger was growing from Murtagh's own arrogance, though he seemed to handle his better than Uruale. " Let's test that Murtagh. I'd like see you try. " He growled, lowering Reona to his side, making sure to keep it's edge from Flare. A gurgled laughter begin to fill his throat as he thought about Murtagh's own confidence. " You truly believe yourself to be better than I... " he said, before making his voice razor sharp, and placing a balled fist against his crimson breastplate. " I'am this Empire's true champion and I'll show you today. "
He unstrapped himself from the saddle and climbed off of Flare, leaving her to deal with Thorn if so be it. His every intention was to confront Murtagh and bring the " Empire's Champion " to his knees...Then the startling war-cry interrupted his road to battle. Snapping his head up, he realized the appearance of Varden Rider's... Or so it seemed. Uruale looked closely at the group, studying the array of dragons and riders for only moment. Flare, Harden yourself. he warned.
Flare brought her rose colored eyes from Thorn, turning at the voice of her Rider. I always I'm. she replied, coming from her feral position and looking up towards the dragons But what are the Varden doing here ? They can't be so foolish as to think they take us head on. A moment of thought passed by, then Uruale spoke. This is some ploy. Their is no Varden here...
Uruale looked towards Murtagh, grimacing with contempt as the first dragon crashed into the ground. As the Rider begun to dismount, Flare roared towards the beast, showering the two in a torrent of yellow-to-rose colored flames. The crackling from her fire filled Uruale's ears and suddenly he came to the harsh conclusion that his bout with Murtagh would have to wait. As Flare held her flame, bathing the two in a barricading fire, Uruale ran up her forearm and settled in the saddle, strapping his feet in as quickly as possible. He patted his helm onto his head and nudge Flare to go skyborne.
Flare sprung into the air, high above the other trainees and Varden riders. As was the case with every battle, the two harden their bodies and minds separately, forming nearly diamond hard depositions. As a glittering-mass of emeralds rose from the ground and towards the two, Flare ascended even higher. Daring the two to give chase with a short, but intense roar.
The wind scraped passed the weak ruby armor that Uruale was provided with. Though his steel demeanor remained intact as he reached behind him and raised a claw-formed hand towards the ground. " Thrysta deloi !! " he barked, wrenching his palm upwards. The magic from the spell jarred a ten foot long and ten foot wide piece of earth from the arena and shot it clear up towards the Varden impostors. So was the power of a man trained personally by Galbatorix and not his lackeys. He cut the power sustaining the spell and found himself gripping Flare's spike even harder.
Flare spiraled upwards, sliding to the side precariously in mid-spin, before opening her wings. Her body straighten out as she looked down to see the destruction Uruale had caused. She wanted to reach out with her mind and praise his quick thinking, but knew it was too dangerous. So she settled with releasing a affectionate hum within her throat and preparing to face, what would come out.

"Skolir nosu fra brisingr!" Ash shouted, as Flare bathed them in fire. "Is that all you have! Uruale is your name right! I like knowing the names of the people i kill in battle! So what is your dragons name?" Ash said, taunting Uruale. Ash had Iormungr fly over Flare, and Ash jumped down, onto the enemy dragon. "Hey there," he taunted, before slicing at Uruale 3 times in a row. Ash heard Uruale yelling "Thrista Deloi!" Ash jumped, right onto the part of the arena that Uruale had raised up. "Thanks for the place to stand! Garjlza, letta!" Ash shouted, hoping to blinde Uruale.

Uruale head shot up as the green dragon raised above them. The Varden warrior had jumped from his dragon's back and down onto Flare. Uruale shook his head distastefully as he landed on Flare and with obvious lack of skill sliced at him. Uruale parried the directionless slashes and thrusted his hand towards the man. " Thrysta vindr " he barked. Allowing a ball of compressed air to smash towards him. The man had brought himself dangerously close to an opponent he knew nothing about. He was foolish to think he would return unscathed. Flare shot up towards the green dragon as it's Rider plummeted off her back with nothing behind him. The goal was to immobilize the dragon and leave the Rider defenseless to his plummet to the ground below. In all this would distract the green dragon and possibly leave an opening to a quick and painless death.

Ash was watching with wide eyes, and could tell what Uruale was about to do. He was going to kill Iormungr! "LETTA!" Ash shouted, halting his fall, really wishing that Jackle was with them, but Uruale might notice her presence. "Reisa!" Ash said, making himself rise quickly back to Iormungr. You watch yourself now Iormungr, they are coming What, you think I couldn't notice Flare flying at my underside? You think I am a hatchling? More than Flare and Uruale? HA! "So, Uruale, you think you can kill my dragon. You should know better then that." Ash said as he flew past Flare and Uruale, and finally reaching Iormungr. Don't ever do that again! You could have died! You moron! I know. Sorry. I was just trying to win. You know what Galbatorix will do if we don't do this right. "So, so, you ready to keep attempting to kill us? If so, you can't." Ash secretly wanted Uruale to figure out who they were. That is how to win the games. Either kill all the "Varden" riders, figure out it was a hoax, or die trying, and Ash didn't feel like dying today, nor did he want to kill Uruale, when they needed all the riders they could get.

Uruale's cold eyes looked down Flare's upward-flying body through the slits of his rudy helm. The enemy rider had been well versed in the ancient language. He was probably one of Galbatorix's pet riders - A more " outdated " version so to speak. Uraule's mouth remained flatlined as the man halted himself, apparently forgetting about the boulder that had been wrenched from the ground and now hurling upwards behind him. " Foolish. " Without a second glance Uruale returned his vision back up towards the emerald dragon that belonged to the Rider below him.
A mighty flap of her wings had sent a strong current of wind below her and pushed her even quicker towards the green dragon. Her pink scales shimmered with a wave of red as the sun shone down on her. She hated having to end a fellow dragon, but if Galbatorix so wished for a battle to the death, then he would receive one. Uruale patted Flare on the left side of her neck, a secret action that the two had formed for Uruale to tell her to expel her flames. Again she released the the wide torrent of yellow-to-rose colored flames at the body of beast, effectively blinding its vision of the two.
Uruale raised his gloved hand in the direction of the dragon while Flare carried them even faster towards him, if the dragon didn't fly away than the flames from Flare's breathe would surely grow even more blinding, as if that would matter though.
Uruale's fingers cringed in slowly as he drew on his well of magic, its deep pools feeling malevolent, as if purged from the bowls of evil itself. He could tell that he would enjoy crushing that dragon's wings. "Malthinae, " His stormy grey eyes lowered into a sinister gaze as his hand turned slowly to the right. "Skulblaka" he spoke softly. Immediately -if the Rider had been preoccupied with the boulder rising dangerously quick towards him- the green dragon would feel its wings become immobilized, as if the hands of an immeasurable giant had clamped down on them both. A bit of sweat dripped from the young man's temple as the drain quickly made its mark on him. Flare looked back in worry, but Uruale only answered her feelings with deep, heavy breathes. His gaze had spoken on his determination to finish off the would-be invaders.

"No! You shall not touch him! Losana iet skulblaka"((Think I spelt that wrong... will fix it later)) Ash shouted, using the only language he could think of to free Iormungr. At the same time, he stopped the boulder with a word. "Do you want to die? If so, do not admit that you know who we are. I can see it in your face and your mind Uruale! You have not been trained well enough in the defense of the mind! I see what you and Flare think of. Neither of you have the mind power to prevent me from entering your mind." For Ash knew it was true. To prove his point, he shoved his mind against Uruales mental barriers, broke them, and quickly retreated, as he did not want his mind in contact with Uruale's, as Galbatorix would probably kill him and Iormungr in anger at helping Uruale. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Iormungr was floating high above the pink-dragon-named-flare, who was quickly rising to him. All of a sudden, he felt his wings get bound in place. He struggled against the magic, but to no avail, until, finally, Ash shouted a spell to release him. Iormungr stuggled to go get Ash, and finally got down under Flare and caught Ash, then quickly rising to avoid being hit from above by two-legs-round-ears-Uruale and pink-dragon-Flare. Iormungr let loose a savage roar, and let a large flame erupt out of his mouth heading straight for Ururale and Flare

Uruale looked behind his shoulder at Ash's wail and arrogant proclamation. The youth clad in crimson armor would give him no answer. He only receive the steel gaze of an uncaring warrior. As Flare climbed up towards the green-scaled dragon, Uruale turned his eyes back to the front of him, effectively looking up at the pink of Flare's scaled neck.
Then suddenly an attempt against his mind was made and though Ash was confident in his assault. A little too confident from the feel of things, all he would run into was a iron wall, though it did begin to falter, it was quickly reinforced by Flare's own mind and held its on against his assault. Uruale's cool demeanor had finally changed though he doubted it would be one that Ash would like.
Once Ash retreated, Flare allowed the green dragon to fly under and towards its Rider. Her concern at the moment was Uruale's well being, so she righted herself in the air, flapping her wings occasionally only to maintain stability. She turned her head so that she could see Uruale's sweat drenched face. His breathing had been increasingly heavy, but the look in his eyes was terrifying.
Uruale held his dark gloved hand over his right eye and his left was wide with anger. His heavy breathing slowly turned to deep growls as he ripped the crimson helm off his head and tossed it into the air. " No outdated scum dares invades my mind ! I'll toss you and your dragon's bones to the wind !!! " he threatened.
Flare did not need orders from Uruale to know to charge down towards the Rider and Dragon pair. His anger had effectively coursed through the bone and in response to the dragon's roar she had released one just as savage and ear shattering. She plunged from the sky with her Rider on her back and her talons extended, they were ready to tear into the shoulders of her opponent.
Uruale on the other hand held Reona above his head, ready to confront his opponent in armed combat. If that wasn't enough then he had prepared a couple of spells in his mind. One's that held especially dangerous contents towards those that held little regard for the privacy of others.

"I don't want to kill you Uruale, we both know that the empire needs as many riders as possible, and that even if you wanted, you couldn't kill me or my dragon." Ash said, as he knew that Uruale knew who they were, even if it wasn't exact. "You have won in galbatorix's eyes. You know who we are well enough. He said that you won, and the me and Iormungr can reveal ourselves." Ash told Uruale as well as releasing the spell that disguised he and Iormungr. "Lower your blade, and be congratulated, you fought spectacularly, although, you could do with losing some of your arrogance. You are not the best fighter in the world, and, I admit, neither am I, but we are both better then all of the footsoldiers, Varden and Empire, and some of the riders." Ash mentioned, telling Uruale what he could do to help himself. "Also, Flare, Iormungr agrees with me, but you flew really well under pressure, both pressure on you, and on your rider. There is not much I can say, except you let Iormungr come and catch me to easily, you could be a lot more aggressive, and actually you should be more aggressive to the Varden warriors, if an really were here." Ash finished, telling them all they could do to be better Riders and dragons. Ash turned his back to Uruale before mentioning, "Also, there is a feast for all that participated in the Empire War Games. You coming?"

Uruale's hand held steadfast in the air as Flare halted instinctively to Ash's... how to call it plea. The rage on Uruale's face hadn't been calm, his anger was far greater then Ash's compromise. But he would hate to incurred the wrath of Galbatorix's power, the fallen king often valued his Riders' lives, even the more weaker ones. He would have to restrain himself and his blade.
Uruale lower Reona back to his side, keeping sure not make contact with Flare as he did so. The bangs of his dark hair hid his eyes in shadows, and the gloomy sunset-orange light in the air had delicately lit his scorn-filled frown. " You're right I knew exactly who you were and honestly... " His tone suddenly dove into a more-than venous sound as he lifted his eyes out the shadows of his locks and revealed a blood-boiling amount of killing intent in his gaze. " If you ever go up against my mind again, I'll utterly crush you and leave you bathing in a puddle of your own drool. This, I give my oath. " he vowed, though not in the ancient language it still sounded just as intimidating.
Scales of pink shimmer like river down Flare's back as she floated there, her wings making swift beats while she glared down at the green dragon. The two of them had often found themselves in the outskirts of the group. Even when leading, the two had always been a meter or so ahead of the brigade. Her aerodynamic body was beautiful and yet muscles were pack on her lean paws. She released deep, steady breathes of hot air. " Tell that Green Beast that the safety of my Rider comes first, I could always skin him later. " she jested towards the end.
Flare's comment brought a slight and arrogant smirk on Uruale's lips. " Oh, and Flare said that the safety of her Rider comes first. " he told them, then looking towards the Green dragon from his heighten position said. " Isn't that something that all dragons should know. Or are you not one, little lizard. " A chuckle came from him as he prodded the two with insults. Feelings were something that he had little use for, that and comradeship was low on his list of survival. All those tended to do was way him down. All he would ever need was Flare and Reona.
He had no more to say to Ash, he knew he wasn't Varden in the very beginning and yet for some odd reason he still had every intention of beheading him when the chance had arrived during the fight. It wasn't surprising to him that alot of the more weaker Riders and foot-soldiers were still bouting it out with their competitors, After all none of them was on the same level as him. " The Empire's Champion would never lose to the likes you, so neither could I. One who has never known suffering such as mines could never compete. " With that he and Flare drifted down to the ground and he steadily begin to heal himself and his bonded partner.

"There it is. Your weakness. It is your vanity. If Murtagh, Galbatorix, for gods sake, whichever you may worship, even Eragon were to go up against you, they could kill you in a heartbeat. If I had Jackle on me, I could kill you right now with a thought. You vanity is your weakness. You are not as strong as you think. It might be easier for you to kill foot-soldiers, and some of the weaker riders, but anyone else who has been a rider longer then you? No way." Ash told Uruale, trying to make him see what his weaknesses were, so that he may understand and work to fix them, for it was this kind of self-blinding pride that could get anyone, even Murtagh, killed in battle. And tell that pink dragon that I know that, and if she tried to touch you, I would tear out her puny pink throat, and see if her blood was pink too. Iormungr said, growling of the anger that Flare gave him through such insults. Ash repeated the words to Uruale, adding "These are Iormungrs words, not mine, I would never dream of killing an ally, not when we need all the riders we can get, which is why I stopped the fight when I knew you knew who we were."

[OOC= Please stop powerplaying dude. I thought maybe who was doing it on accident but your not. Theirs no way you could know the conversation going on between Uruale and Flare through the bond. ]
Uruale looked behind him as Ash's words faded to mere murmurs. All he had heard was his vanity killing him and that certain Warriors could kill him if they wished. " The warriors that could kill me are of my own concern. All that I know is that you could never kill me. " he said aloud, not exactly sure if the Rider and Dragon could hear him or not but it mattered little to him. Uruale smiled up at him, a very cocky and arrogant smirk as he healed Flare -who at the time was giving off a very pleasant hum.
Uruale could very well say that Ash had become soft, weak even. If the two had ever gone up against each other in combat, Uruale was sure that he would win. It was a given after all, he was personally trained by Galbatorix himself, and had been given the enhancements just as Murtagh had. Afterall, he was Galbatorix's true champion. Neither Ash, Iormungr, Murtagh, or Thorn had deserved that spot. In fact he believed he, himself should be the King of Alegasia no one else.
