Phantasm Designs is a high-quality graphics shop If you would like to order please fill out the appropriate form and post below. Payments are due upon ordering. Graphic orders may take 1-2 weeks to fill depending on how busy I am. I use Photoshop CS6 Extended to make these graphics. I do appreciate karma in exchange for my services.
Terms of Service:
- You MUST provide me with the picture you want me to use.
- The picture MUST be high quality. This means no blurry or really small pictures.
- My copyright symbol on the pictures may NOT be removed.
- I retain full copyright privileges and all intellectual property and of all work produced here.

What do you mean put into code?
To make it your avatar you just go Profile > Modify Profile. and put it in the avatar url slot.
