A familiar town and a place of longing for Nepherion. He was back in Terim, but unlike before he couldn't come in contact with his family at all. So he traveled through the town, being nothing more than a man cloaked in hooded cloth. He he drafted through the people in relative silence until he had finally found the place of supplies that he had heard about.
It was fairly stocked and though the cashier had once been a friend of his family, Nepherion was sure that he wouldn't recognize him. He entered the store with a sense of nobility and elegance that he had obtained from his training with Eragon, Bid'Daum, and his elder: Rakiao. Things had indeed changed from a couple of months ago, things that were sped along, but profitable to the young rider. He walked over to one the side shelves and picked up a can of preservers, inspecting it just to make sure it was doable for the flight ahead.

Anira carefully glanced around the corner, her optics scanning the nearby roads for anyone she should be suspicious about. A sense of unease coursed through her as she stepped between the two house, taking shorter strides to make it less recognizable of her elven heritage. As she stepped out onto the paved road in complete silence, Anira spotted the place she was looking for. The supply tavern of Tierm. I've made it safely, Hérion. I'll just buy a weeks worth of supplies, and I'll meet you at the clearing as discussed. A hum of agreement rippled through their connection as Hérion let her know that he approved. He seemed much more protective ever since the accident with the one Rider that stowed her off to Dras' Leona. Anira wasn't going to let herself get caught off guard like that ever again, no matter if she had to sleep less or higher the amount of wards around Hérion and her. Making sure her hood was properly adjusted and that her vibrant violet an ebony hair wasn't exposed, she took a hesitant step forward and headed quickly towards the tavern. Keeping her head low, she pushed through the swinging saloon doors and quickly took a seat at one of the stools lining the bar. She gestured towards the head maiden that headed the bar, whispering quietly she explained the supplies that would be needed," It'll have to be worthy for a lot of traveling. I'm making my way to Dras' Leona to send this to Lord Champure for his crew of hired sailors that are going to the western cities along the coast for trading purposes. I believe you'll know exactly what will be needed, please only pack herbs, spices, fruits, vegetables and other such things, maybe even a few pigs, cows, or chickens for the sailors." The maiden seemed stunned by the appearance of the woman that stood before her. The face seemed smooth, tanned in a beautiful way, and with eyes that seemed drained of any possible color. An ebony ring coursed around her iris, expanding inwards to a void of various shades of white and gray. She couldn't see her hair under the thick hood, but she could certainly tell that the woman was certainly a sight to behold. Little did she know it was an elf that sat before her, since she grew up a regular townsfolk woman and though of the elves as just legends and child tales. If only she knew. She rushed off to gather the supplies, heading off through a side door that led to the storage. Anira checked the thick gloves that covered her hands, a grin of approval overcoming her since she couldn't see any of her "silver palm". She had worn two gloves just in case she had to reach into her store of magic, which she refused to check into because she was still in her frail state. Herion, meanwhile, was off the the far east, in a thick part of the forest around Tierm that hid him against any sight from above. The roads that traversed into Tierm were nowhere near his location, and the clearing that Anira had stated wasn't that far off. He wasn't quite happy about the assignment, even though he knew that Anira was more than capable of protecting herself against any attacks. What if she happened upon another Empire Rider, or the one that almost killed her? He shook softly, worry emanating off of him in pools until he managed to clear his mind by exhaling through his mouth and breathing in from his nostrils. It was said that you take in the spirits, and trap them in by breathing out your mouth. It had also proved to be a futile way to calm yourself in the most precarious situations. Anira waited impatiently, keeping her head down and not wishing to attract any attention. The expression on the maiden's face proved enough that she could be recognized easily, even though she had rounded out her ears beforehand to ensure that no one accused her of being an elf. Waiting, waiting, waiting, how long will this take? She thought quietly, peeking up from her hood to take a survey of the people that happened to be inside the tavern. It shouldn't be much longer now.

Nepherion placed the can of preserves down, finding it a little less than what he wanted. Besides, the whole shelf observing thing was just his way of looking common. He had known what he wanted the entire time and where he would need to go to get it. " Will you hurry Nepherion. I'am growing tired of circling above the clouds. " Starlight told him from above the city. Nepherion's expression remained calm as he walked over to the bar, his hood hiding his signature white hair. " Hold tight Starlight, I'm ordering the materials now. " he said, as a man took the place of the woman from before. Nepherion handed the man a list of the supplies he would need. " I need those prepared in a bundle. Take your time. " he said softly, attempting to hide his voice from those around him. It was beginning to grow increasingly difficult to be a neutral Rider. Who could of known that the first Eragon's wishes would be so... so, incredibly taxing. To guide the world into a new era, to rebuild the true order of the Riders would not be a simply task. To cease the fighting was also the Varden's cause of the war, but Eragon was specific on Nepherion place in the war and that was to be a nuetral party, one that was neither of the Empire or the Varden. He would need remove the Riders from the fray and take down Galbatorix with all the might of the Dragon and Riders in Alegasia. Nepherion sighed and shook his head at his task.
" Do not forget, we must also stop by the Armory. Your shield is in need of repairs. " comment Bid'Daum, an eldunari who's facets glowed like diamonds. Maybe this was his way of removing the impossible task from Nepherion's thoughts. Bid'Daum was often in contact with his mind, as if bonded to him, Bid'Daum had become a valuable partner. And in many ways his greatest treasure.
In the folds of his brown cloak, Nepherion subtly adjusted Brojska's bone-pale sheathe. " O yea, I almost forgot about that. Thanks for the reminder Bid'Daum-elda. " He looked around himself in caution, not really spotting anyone out of the ordinary. Though one woman in particular had caught his attention, she appeared to be trying to draw as little attention as possible to herself, just as he had been but he doubted she would have much luck; considering her beauty that was. It wasn't often that Terim was blessed with such a pretty girl afterall. Nepherion gazed off towards the empty bar space in front of him with emerald eyes, it was about time that they restocked. Some of those drinks had been there since his last visit some odd months ago.

Anira tapped her fingers on the counter, marveling the different patterns in the marvelous pine and even tracing a few of them during the wait. It seemed nerve wracking the whole while, considering the fact that she was worried about the ebony Rider and his dragon reappearing. Though it warmed her heart knowing that so many were overseeing her, making sure she was in good hands and safe from the many predators and spies of not only the Empire, but of the Varden. Neither of them appealed to her much, considering the fact that she wanted to stay neutral. It was the Varden's job to override the harsh Galbatorix, though he's huddled up at his home with not a care in the world. Tricking others to join his side just so he didn't have to get his hands dirty. It sickened her, though she knew she didn't want to join either side for the protection Herion. Death didn't yet appeal to her yet either. Of course she was very young in elven age, but in human years she was quite old actually. What did she have to say for those years? Spent cooped up in Ellesmera while her own parents died in the war against Galbatorix. She did take it into consideration of joining the Varden, maybe she'd even get familiarized with Eragon and Saphira. It'd be quite awkward, especially if she mentioned how he was taken as apprentice to Oromis, which ended her training with him because she wasn't a Rider. Oromis and Glaedr. Oh, how she missed the two. Anira rested her head upon her hand, smiling slightly at the familiar times she spent with the amusing two. He taught her that remaining calm was her ultimate weapon, and even complimented her many a time by saying she could take down a whole army with just a dagger and some determination. Present, remain in the present. Anira blinked quietly, catching out of the corner of her eye someone in a similar cloak. It struck curiosity inside of her, and an amusing phrase caught in her mind: curiosity killed the cat. She returned to tracing paths along in the smooth bark until the lady returned with a bundle of supplies and spoke in a mild-mannered voice," Just a minute, madam. We have a few more packages at hand, may I ask your name, please?" She had decided not to use her real name, thinking anyone could be a spy or an intimate helper of Galbatorix. "Saphira." It was the first name that came to mind, returning from her later thoughts of Eragon and Saphira herself. The maiden nodded, turned and padding down her skirts she quickly scampered away into the side door once more. Herion squinted at the clouds multiple times, almost feeling as if his vision had deceived him. Something was indifferent about the texture of the clouds, ever changing and moving though a certain figure kept catching the light from above. He wasn't quite sure if it was just the light bouncing across the white cotton in the sky, but he kept watching intently for any sign it could be what he thought it was. Herion didn't dare go and check for himself, for he could risk getting spotted, or worse and be taken as a thread by the villagers down below. Everyone feared a dragon, even other dragons feared each other because of the ultimate power they beheld. She shifted uncomfortably on the stool, slightly irritated for keeping Herion waiting for so long. Aysten and Vlaer were bound to be worried by now, but she had insisted the two wait back at Aysten's home. Anira didn't want to feel like a helpless dove or pigeon, and she refused to let one little mishap bring her down. The ebony Rider was just misunderstood after all, he had been lied to deliberately by Galbatorix. Oh, she almost shook with anger at the misconceived lie, and sent out a silent call of hope for the young man to have the opportunity and the strength to change his name and break his oaths. Anira studied the man in the cloak out of the corner of her eye, he almost reminded her of someone she had seen in the faint memories at the battle at Dras' Leona. Wasn't that impossible though? All the villagers had fled, leaving the soldiers, Vlaer and his dragon, Aysten, and Herion, along with the Rider and his dragon to do the fighting. Maybe he was one of Galbatorix's soldiers? She broke contact to stare at where one of her jutted out from her side, gently rubbing her hang along the smooth pommel. Anira had refused to bring Orchid, to keep herself from attracting attention even further. A Rider's sword wasn't exactly a common item to come by. Though her daggers were the next best thing, and were even given by a friendly herbalist known as Angela. She said that the daggers could cut through anything given the time, but she had yet to test the matter.

Aysten followed behind anira matching her speed so that hhe always stayed slightly behind her but not directly behind her. Herom despite anira's protests that she would be fine in the city had wanted at least one other person he knew was friendly towards anira. But when they aproached the shop aysten drew level with her and then passed her. Reaching his mind out briefly so he could speak "i have something i need to require...i should only be a moment. Would you like for me to meet you at the shop?"He aysten asked quickly moving through the streets. He turned a corner and buildings hid him from sight.
Now aysten had a bit more trouble finding the location he wanted to go to. Teirm had a jewler that was reknown for his beautiful works and this was a special ocasion that he had to prepare for. They would be enchanted first of course but that would be up to aysten at a later date to do.
He finally found the jewler and entered the store quickly, he had told the man to expect him to return for his pick up three days hence. And now here he was and the portly jewler scrambled to fecth the package. "Ah yes....Lord aysten i am correct? I have the pendants themselves ready but what would you like the chain to be made out of? I have several i can place on them."He the jewler asked grabbing a large sack from his room which held aystens pendants. "Gold" aysten said simply and the jewler nodded his head and set about preparing the trinkets

Flying around Teirm and the other cities near it Belgabad and Vlaer happily meditated as Vlaer would imitate the birds' songs the same way he had the day Belgabad had hatched for him. He then saw the same white dragon from when he teleported himself and the others away from that evil Oathbreaker. Being alarmed for others he and Belgabad searched with their mind for any other minds when they felt Herion, Anira, and Aysten's minds in the city. Contacting them they said "Why hello, why are you here?" Their ancient minds filling up the youths' minds.

Anira had given Aysten a nod of approval before entering the tavern, though now she shifted slightly in her chair as the familiar ancient voices filled her mind once more. She sunk down into the recesses of her mind before responding,"Gathering supplies." Herion had cast a worried link through their connection, which she flicked away with a slight flicker of exasperation. Even Vlaer told them himself that the two would need to learn how to fend without each other, since the two couldn't always be around to assist with each other's problems. She had certainly agreed, along did Herion, yet the two seemed uncertain after the recent incident with the ebony Rider. A flasback of the cold, hard cell and the familiar snap of her bones as the magic crumpled them like mere twigs. A shiver ran the course of her body, placing the gloved palms of her hands flat along the smooth bar to steady herself. Anira knew that she couldn't just forget the memory she had stolen from the Rider while he broke into her mind and read over her thoughts and desires. Herion continued staring up at the sky, narrowed violet eyes catching the dim light as the clouds continued to shade the sun from view. An irregular hint of suspicion rose up inside of him, reading across the thoughts transmitted across from Vlaer and Belgabad. It's that dragon and Rider that helped with the rescue of Anira!Anira didn't even recognize the beautiful ivory dragon that drifted through the clouds like an elegant dove. She seemed so familiar, so close yet so far away at the same time. Her eyes instinctively jolted to the cloaked man who was on the far side of the room, narrowing her eyes lightly as she tried to take in every signature mark about him. It was as if he had seen the two in a faint dream, a memory that withered away as quickly as it had come. Is he a Rider?

Vlaer had Belgabad land far away from Teirm and told him "Stay out of sight, but close enough to react quickly if need come be." Belgabad nodded and said "At least take my Uncles Eldunari with you." Vlaer hesitated for although he wished to have Belgabad I's Eldunari he didn't know how to take it with him without it being a burden until he grabbed a hooded cloak and wrapped himself with it to make sure his ears wouldn't be noticed and strapped the leather bag to himself covering the Eldunari with some of his clothes. He then ran to the city gates before turning to walk in front of it and cried out to the guards "Open the gates please!". "State your business here and who are you?" Came the gruff reply to which Vlaer said "My name is Vlaer and my business here is to find my younger sister and my brother (Anira and Aysten) and travel with them to Dras-Leona." of course however he was lying. He had no intention of going back to Dras-Leona however the guard believed him and opened the gates while Vlaer walked in and thanked the guard before running to the tavern where he felt Anira's mind and before being able to walk in was stubbornly met by 6 soldiers and they said "What is your business here?" "I am here to travel with my younger sister and my brother to Dras-Leona." lied Vlaer again before sidestepping and attempting to walk in again however was stopped by a soldier who growled and attempted to un-sheath Oblivion, when Vlaer quicker than any elf or man could follow grabbed his wrist and cracked it quickly before smiling sweetly and disengaging before notching six arrows in which he shot, killing all the soldiers. He then threw the bodies into a haystack and walked inside, sat next to his apprentice and said sweetly "Hello Sister." before reaching into her mind and said "Your alias is to be my younger sister and Aysten our brother." he then sent a tiny sliver of his mind to Aysten saying "Our alias is such, you and me are Anira's older brothers." he said briefly before leaving the contact.

Older brother, eh? Quite a large gap between ages. Always did think we had a close connection. She grinned quietly, squeezing his arm a little harder than she should have. I told you to stay back! I am more than able to take care of myself. Aysten was just an option, for he needed to pick up a few items of his own. Though for you "brother", I'm going to have your ears strung by Belgabad's tail. Anira released her grip, grinning casually as another box of supplies was placed before her. The maiden bowed slightly, murmuring a remark about the number of boxes that would be left. Herion quickly butted his way into their thoughts, allying against Anira by siding with Vlaer and Aysten. I asked him to. Though you are a strong hatchling, you have yet to grow stronger.Anira blocked out her thoughts with mock annoyance, she couldn't stay mad at him forever. Forever, or more like a few minutes at most. The two could pester over a tiny mishap, and the next moment chatting about how their day went. A normal routine to get out any frustration, which shouldn't be left to build up. The elven pointed with her gloved hand in a spectating manner, pretending to rally on another small chit-chat conversation before asking in her mind," Do you recognize him, Vlaer? He seems familiar, yet I cannot seem to remember who or where I've spotted him." Anira kept her gaze locked on the smooth bar set out in front of her, peeking out of the corner of her eye to examine him closely. Did she happen to see ivory locks by chance, or were her eyes just deceiving her?

AAysten shoke his head quickly begining to be anoyyed with himself "alright if you are going to be connect to my head aurgue elsewhere....because i was so distracted just now i realized i had been staring at a wall for the past five mintues without blinking. Do you know how hard that is and how stupid it makes me look?"He aysten said pulling away as he once again found himself staring at the wall. The jewler looked at him like he was insane and aysten smiled weakly in response.

Post by Nepherion on Mar 12, 2013 23:00:39 GMT -5
Nepherion couldn't shake the feeling of quick and careful glances directed at him, they pricked his back and side like needles of inquiry. It was impossible to ignore and yet he would have too if he was to stay unknown. His black, leather boots tapped on the stools wooden bar, the feeling becoming almost irritating for him. He couldn't help but observe the woman, just as she had observed him. " Have she figured me out ? " he asked himself, shifting his gaze towards her cautiously.
Starlight flew above the clouds aimlessly, unaware of his glinting scales that had caught the sun on its surfaces. While he soared, he too had gain a foreboding feeling that had placed him on alert. Starlight felt Nepherion's own shaking feelings and warned him of his own, though he knew that Nepherion had already felt it through the bond. " I do believe we have followers. You should had been more careful Nephy. " he calmly said.
Nepherion's hands was loosely placed on the edge of the counter, his left index finger routinely tapped on it because his calculating mind. " I know, I take the blame fully if this goes ugly... But listen I don't want any harm done to anyone if at all necessary. " He could feel Starlight's quarreling retorts brewing in his mind before he reluctantly agreed.
A moment passed by before the man had returned from the back with his list filled with check marks and news that most of the items were being rounded up. " Thanks, I'll head on to the back to pick it up. " Nepherion reached under the cover of his cloak and pulled out a sac of coins, placing a number of them onto the counter for payment. " That should be enough. " He stood from his place and readjusted his hood even further down. He knew that he couldn't completely hide his locks of white but he sure could try. The hood had place dull shadows on his eyes and nose, leaving him to appear mysterious to most. Though that mattered little when the clanking of his steel armor had sounded while he made his way pass the woman and her new guest, even the shape of Brojska's sheathe had now formed under his cloak. In hindsight carrying his blade into a town like Terim wasn't the smartest idea in the world.
His heart pounded loudly while he walked past the two at the counter. He now had the strongest feeling that the girl was apart of the world that he had grown accustomed too and anyone with her was probably of the same origins. They were living in a world that most humans thought normal, but a few lucky people knew to be a lie. He took light strides pass them, only making a single glance at the back of the woman. It was glance that had undoubtedly revealed his emerald eyes and smooth, angular face. The immensely powerful bond of a Dragon Rider had shown itself in his face and now had turned him into a devilishly handsome youth, it could be compared to that of a manlier elf, or so he's been told by certain Dragons.
With the moment gone, Nepherion would continue walking pass them, his steps quick in pace and yet common to those known as humans. " I'm on my way to the supplies.. I hate to do this but it looks like I'll have to make my lie a little more convincing. " he told Starlight, still feeling the disturbed blanket over his giant heart. " I think we're out of the clear though, I don't think those two will follow me. They seem to be trying to stay hidden just like us. "
Starlight banked around the outer walls of the enclosed city, circling back over the cotton clouds above the town. ' If they are here then so are their partners. We must be careful. " he emphasized.
Nepherion's gaze lowered into one of seriousness as he continued around the tavern and to the back. " I know Starlight, Just be ready if the time comes. I'll be back as fast as I can once I get the supplies. " It was apparent that Nepherion planned on sprinting to Starlight once he was done in Terim, and often Nepherion appeared less then a blur when running full speed. He was fast, even among other elves he was considered to be speedy. It wouldn't take long for him to return to Starlight. Not to mention he could feel Bid'Daum's mind growing steadily uneasy and when that happened, he tended to involuntarily release strong manifestations into the real world.

A prickle of uneasiness rose from within her as the man finally payed for his supplies, like any normal citizen would, and casually yet cautiously made his way towards the door. She lightly scraped the wooden table with her pointer finger, feeling once again the feel of eyes on her back making her almost go rigid with suspicion. Something wasn't as it should have been, out of place, abnormal about him that made her curious. Curiosity killed the cat though, wasn't that the old saying? Once he was safely out the swinging tavern doors, she quickly slipped Vlaer a few coins to pay for the supplies and mentioned loudly enough for the maiden to hear," Brother, thank you for waiting here and paying the supplies for me. I shall meet you near the barn." A grin of approval flashed across her face at her tomfoolery. He couldn't leave the tavern without paying unless he wanted to arouse attention, exactly her plan in the first place. She'd probably pay for it later on, but she couldn't help but feel something out of place; like the one puzzle piece missing from the complete set. Anira turned on her heel and politely rushed out of the swinging doors and steadily increased her pace. She kept it at an abnormal speed walk, considering she'd attract attention if she was running in either matter. Her gaze quickly set upon him, averting her gaze upwards at the clouds when Herion sent her an image of a sheen-like ivory that over shined the clouds. That was true, a dragon must be somewhere nearby, and that must be his or her Rider. Or maybe I'm just going a little bonkers here and there, turning into Angela I see? She quickly dashed behind a finely painted wooden house, looking both ways for wandering eyes and making sure that her hood was securely disguising her elven beauty. Anira turned and bolted down the alleyway, pacing now to get ahead of him and then take a sharp left to stop him in his tracks. I must be going crazy. By now, Vlaer would have already alerted Belgabad and Herion for certain, but she couldn't think about that now. Rounding the corner quickly, Anira streaked the length of the building and jolting to a halt just as it seemed as if they'd ram into each other. She quickly, almost in a gasp, murmured," Wait." Anira had caught a look at his real features, strikingly handsome like most male elves which made her feel increasingly youthful. She was still young in elven years, though in human years she'd be considered an elder. It slightly amused her, but she couldn't help that she had been born immortal. Striking features wasn't anything she was surprised of, considering it normal after living in Ellesmera for such a long while. This year of freedom had been the most excitement she'd ever had, and it could only keep getting better from there.

Cursing under his breath as Anira left him he quickly told the maiden, "Oh my! It seems that I have misplaced my purse. It shall not take long.". He then quickly alerted Herion and Belgabad before jogging behind Anira's trail, following her mind before finding the young man, once he was sure that it was the Rider who had froze them all in the rescue he shrugged off the hood of the cloak and notched 4 arrows enchanting them with enchantments he learned from Rhunon herself to prevent it from being affected by magic and would pass through wards as if they were butter he then said, "Ah, little sister it appears you took my purse. And why hello good fellow." his silvery white hair flowing.

AAysten was in the process of waiting for his gems when about 6the guards showed up led by a captain. They barged through the shop and looked at Aysten "You. Your family has been causing trouble within the city and we are here to take you to them so that you will all get out of our fair city."
Aysten frowned before sighing he briefly thought of fighting the soldiers but they where ready and they out numbered him by 7 to 1... "alright fine ill come with you..."He aysten muttered gesturing for the guards to lead him away. But first he grabbed his pouch that had the freshly made pendants inside. When he got outside aysten reached out his mind avoiding the guards so as not to alert them and found vlaers mind before talking "what did you do! And i know it was you since they called you my family and anira would never cause trouble..."He said growing slightly angry as the guards led him through the street

Feeling Aysten's angry mind Vlaer winced and replied "Where are you? I'll take care of this." He located Aysten's location through his mind and walked there till he found 6 guards and a captain. He then said "Oh my apologies, I did not mean to cause you trouble!" looking at their confused faces and smiling sweetly while slipping into their minds and sapping all the energy from their bodies, transferring it to cast a spell to kill them, using their own energy. When they died he said "There, problem solved. Follow me." he than ran back to where they met the Rider and said "Thank you for your help before What brings you here?"

Nepherion jogged lightly down a empty and narrow alley way, his destination was the back of the Tavern and he was only few feet from it now. It was then that his battle honed reflexes halted him before he crashed into the beautiful woman from before. The two came startling close into bumping into each other, causing his cheeks to flush slightly. Her scent rolled down his nostrils and filled him with an almost intoxicating feeling. He halted like she asked, shaking his head of the fogginess. The tails of his cloak pushed pass his side from his jog before settling into subtle waves, and then into stillness. His jaws clenched lightly as he rushed through the reasons that she had followed him, was it a possible assassination, intel sharing, or maybe she just liked the way he looked. He preferred the latter more then any of the other choices. Only because he was ensured his life.
The youth's jaws had tightened in his own anxious thoughts. Though now wasn't exactly the time for that, like the warrior and leader that Bid'Daum had taught him to be, Nepherion recovered quickly. His lips lifted into a innocent smile as he answered her charmingly. " And what business do you have with me ? "
Then a taller and more defined man approached behind her, this man was much more threatening then the woman, so much in fact that Nepherion's innocent gaze had subconsciously flipped to a cautious glare. His hand now laid on Brojska's handle, probably the eldest of the rider blades and more- so-then not the most complex in design. " I can ask you same thing Elder. " he asked not so kindly, remembering the cruel way he had continued through the battle. From what Eragon had told him about Oromis, the elda's of the old order was honorable and wise beyond the stars. They would not pursue death and killing so recklessly.
He clenched his teeth slightly before tossing his hood off and allowing his perfectly white hair to trail to his mid-back. The wings of his hair that framed his cheeks were complimented with immaculate bangs that sat atop of his forehead and stop slightly on and above his brows. The rest of his body for the most part was shrouded by the brown, ragged cloak, all except his dark trousers and boots.
In his emerald eyes was the look of a man on a mission. His lids were lowered over them solemnly and yet they were filled with a certain passion that made his glare all the more intimidating. It was after this small stare down between them that the silvery haired man suddenly dashed off from them. A sigh was released as he shut his eyes and returned his gaze back to the girl. " What was it you wanted from me again ? " he asked, just so he could speak with her without the tense moment with the elder elf.

Anira grinned knowingly, memories coming back in flashes of the battle at Dras-Leona into a sudden realization that pinched together with a bow atop to finish off the final touch. " I knew it! Haha, Vlaer, it is him." She reached behind her back and pulled down the hood of her cloak, revealing the unusual ebony hair that appeared different shades of violet in the fierce light. "You were at Dras-Leona! You're the Rider of the ivory dragon." She chuckled quietly, glancing at Vlaer with a smug expression on her stunning features. "You assisted in helping to free me from the jail, do you remember me at all?" Anira met his emerald green eyes with a hint of amusement, followed by the unknown expressions hidden within the depths of her ivory-like optics mixed and stirred with levels of the same color. A dark ring lined around the iris giving her a haunted look of authority and power, yet knowing and mystery. The same dignified figure that she had been compared to many times before -- a girl named Elva. Anira had often heard of the little girl, but she never had the honor of meeting her for herself. " I suppose I should be thanking you, and give my thanks to --" she gestured up towards the clouds with a dainty hand," him." Herion quickly shoved him way into her mind, prowling around like a hungry dog until Anira and himself combined memories and vision. A quick hum passed through their connection, approving his agreement of the identity and passing an image of the Rider on the back of a magnificent dragon with scales that seemed to greatly match Anira's colorless eyes. Curiosity awarded the cat, round two goes to the cat."Come, all of you, we should speak in private yes? If you have time that is." Anira turned quietly, glancing over her shoulder and casting another innocent apologetic smile towards Vlaer and Aysten.
