Full Name: Golden Mane Long Wing Bronze Scale Sharp Tooth Smell of Metal (Wild Dragons communicate through images and smells, don’t they?)
Other name: Sio’mo’thet (See-oh-mo-tet) (Sio)
Race: Dragon (Wild)
Side: Neutral
Birthplace: Du Weldenvarden
Age: 146
Gender: Male
Birthday: July 24th
Eyes: Golden
Hair: Shimmering Bronze
Weight: 19 tons
Height: 26 ft (To shoulder)
Magic User: Yes (Dragon-Magic)
Preferred Weapon(s): Teeth, Claws, Fire
Appearance: Sio’mo’thet is a large specimen, with glistening bronze scales and a regal face. He is less bulky than other dragons, but makes up for this with an elongated firm and strong, firm legs. Spines extend down his back, but what’s interesting is that they also form on his forehead, twisting upward to form something of a crown. He looks quite limber and flexible, almost snakelike.
His wings attach, contrary to other dragons, at the base of his back as opposed to the bottom of the wing proper. His teeth are, surprisingly, sparklingly clean and deadly sharp. His claws are similarly sharp, but black, extending from his paws almost like talons.
Likes: Hunting, Sleeping, The Elves, Flying, The Varden, the Desert, the Mountains
Dislikes: Urgals, Humans, Galbatorix, the Forsworn, Anything Empire Aligned
Strengths: Speed, Fire (It’s powerful), and adept at Dragon-Magic
Weakness: Not bulky, Won’t wear armor, Overly aggressive
Family:
Iluunolken – Father (Deceased)
Marinsora – Mother (Deceased)
Neyraika – Mate (Eldunari)
Not-So-Brief History: Sio’mo’thet hatched on July the 24th before the Fall of the Riders, in a time of prosperity and peace. Wild Dragons were respected by all but the Dwarves, and they did as they pleased. Sio’mo’thet was no different. His mother in Du Weldenvarden raised him. At an early age, he picked up flying rather quickly and was soon out hunting with the rest of everyone. He was an agile hunter, not so powerful, but powerful enough. He aged rapidly and quickly selected a mate, Neyraika, making a few eggs of his own. At this time, he dealt with the riders and Elves frequently, and gave them one of his eggs for them.
However, Galbatorix would soon rebel and slay most of the riders and dragons, including Sio’mo’thet’s mate, leaving him alone and, frankly, running for his life. He was pursued hotly, but managed to avoid his captors by receding so far behind mental barriers that he was virtually undetectable. It is at this time that he chose to hide in the Beors, for they were intricate and there were many places to hide. He chose to hide in a cave by the sea, and would frequently swim to the bottom of the immediate ocean and curl up when one of the Forsworn or any other evil presence was nearby, soon able to hold his breath for a relatively long time.
He managed to live, barely, but nursed a seething hatred for all things empirical. Galbatorix was responsible. He would have to pay. And thus, when Sio’mo’thet heard of the Varden making advances (via looking through the memories of animals in the area), he would figure it to be safe enough to venture out from his cave.
He now works as a force of vengeance against Galbatorix, alone and hateful.
