Race: Human
Side: Empire
Birthplace: Gil'ead
Age: 24
Gender: Male
Birthday: February 2nd
Eyes: Gray
Hair: Slate Black
Weight: 132lbs
Height: 6'1"
Magic User: Yes
Preferred Weapon(s): Reona and Shield - Reona is a rider's blade that Galbatorix happen to have in his collection. The english word for is Reaper. Seeing that it was perfect match with Flare's scales he handed it to the New Rider. The handle is wrapped with black wire-material that is comfortable to the touch. The pommel swirls up to grip the deep tone Amethyst and is trimmed in gold. The cross guard is shaped in gold to appear like curving bat wings. The blade itself is rose colored and is made of shimmering brightsteel. It's blade is meant for piercing and it's point is narrowed to pinpoint. He often wields a crimson shield, gold trims it and the emblem on the middle is that of the King's. He has adapted a knight's way of battling.
Magic - Uruale is adept at using magic, though not as experienced as the King himself. He is good as creating spells and knowing his limits. He specializes in wards and is especially careful of his mind during bouts with other magic users. The rider barely shares his thoughts with others but with his magical reserves and his dual Eldunari's he capable of doing much.
Appearance:
Uruale is of tan skin, he is usually cut shaven but occasionally is seen with stubbles growing from under his jaw. He has in unusual youthful glow about himself and sometimes is mistaken for a teenager in his late years. Like others that he refuse to mention, his strength and power is underestimated due to his appearance. His slate black eyes holds the majority of his silent anger and resentment. Most people can't look at him without receiving a spin chilling glare. His chestnut brown hair is of medium length and wings out in many directions towards their ends. They frame his smooth skin well and leads many women to desire him- for both his power and beauty.
On his right arm are the many curving scars that he received during his days as a slave. He had many more on his body, but once he learned magic and was capable of controlling it, he made quick work of the scarred skin. He left his right arm scarred with the many cuts as a reminder of his past struggles.
When it is war time, Uruale often wears a shimmer red suit of armor. A highly customize version of the peon's gear, his suit is complimented with magic that prevents most of the weaker attack from even scathing him. On the waist is a red-checker cloth and on his back is a long red cloak with the King's emblem on his back. He rarely wears a helm, but when he does it covers only his head and cheeks. His neck and front face is usually visible. His hip is adorned with a black sheathe with the rose color blade - Reona (Reaper) laying impatiently inside.
His casual wears is of only a slight difference. His torso is decorated with a black, noble attire. Over that is a red cloak that instead of having the king's emblem holds his own family's emblem. His pants are likewise dark in color and also trimmed in gold. They are tuck into dark knee-high boots. Like his peer Murtagh, he is always seen with his rose color blade Reona - Or Reaper on his hip.
The man's appearance leads many to believe him to be an inexperienced, dissolute youth. When in reality he has been serving the King himself for over 8 years. He was second in line to become the King's right hand until Murtagh made his appearance. This has left the man with a undesired resentment towards him. His gedwey ignasia is on his right hand and gleams amazingly whenever he uses magic.
Personality: Uruale is a angry, misunderstood, youth who only wishes to receive the praise he deserves. He has many times over proven his deep loyalty to the Empire and Galbatorix's cause. But has yet to see any prize given to him, besides the rank of Captain. Because of this he has little patience for those that block his path, even his own soldiers. Being known to debilitate them when necessary he has been called merciless by many of his own men.
More than anything else Uruale takes pride in his self persevering instincts. It was these instincts and deep seeded emotions that pushed him through the dark years of slavery. He has more than a primal urge, more than a embedded will. His need to live is one of the strongest emotions that dwells within him. Like most Riders, Uruale takes great care of Flare. The dragon means just as much to him as his own self perseverance. She is the only being he is willing to sacrifice himself for.
Coldblooded, Heartless, a One man Army. These are the words and statements used to describe the Captain in combat. He takes the King's enemies out without fail or desecration. He is willing to behead an enemy in front of their loved ones if need be. He believes this to be one of the reasons for the King's interest in him. His ruthlessness and instinctive rampage on the field of war is his most primal emotions.
Though brute combat has never lead him astray, Uruale is not incapable of coming up with a strategy when need be. His bond with Flare has brought docility to his chaotic mind during combat, which has allowed him to become a even more effective fighter. His authority over his troops during combat goes unquestioned due to the fear that has circulated around during his fits in wars. It has caused many to dub him the " King's Fury "
And though the man may seem heartless, and demonic. He has an affectionate and loving side that only three has ever seen. His late mother, his late girlfriend, and his only companion Flare. He sometimes vents to her his worries of himself being swallowed up by the King's cause. But quickly shoves this in a bottle and continues on with his duties. He has little to fear and yet he fears himself most of all. A life with little meaning, is what he calls himself in private.

Nero - Father
Claire - Mother
Odin - Great Grand Father
Not-So-Brief History: Uruale was born to Nero and Claire, in the Empire city, Gil'ead. His father Nero was a loyal soldier to the king for many years. It was when Uruale turn 5 that his father begin to realize the corruption in the soldiers under the King's rule. After an unfortunate event, Uruale was charged with treason and forced to flee the Empire.
The three trudged through the Empire, only surviving thanks to Nero's veteran knowledge of the land. They made it all the way to the Hadarac Desert together, before being cornered by the Empire troops. Nero took it upon himself to sacrifice himself for his son and beloved. It was their at the edge of Hadarac Desert that he died. Always remember as an honorable husband and great provider by his wife.
Without the knowledge of her husband, Claire struggled with keeping herself and son alive in the relentless and vast desert. It was freezing at night and smothering hot in the day. Somewhere along the 7th day, his mother caught ill and through sheer will died by seeing her son through the next night. Alone and without loved ones, the boy reluctantly wondered through the desert, crying and wailing until he finally begin to feel the bony fingers of death on his shoulders.
2 days after the death of his mother, Uruale had laid on the searing desert sand. Nearly dead and barely alive, he was by bitter luck found by slavers and transported back into the Empire. The good thing was he was kept alive but only enough to be sold to the highest bidder. After many grueling months under the slavers tyrant hands, he was finally sold to a family of three, much like his own before. Or atleast he thought.
The head of the family was a horrible man, Uruale truly believed his only reason for buying him was to take his anger out on him, instead of his family. The boy was beat routinely as if it was part of the man's daily life. The mother treated him like dog, rarely feeding him and when she did feed him it was usually scraps of the main course. Their daughter who he believed to be a angle, pitied him the most. She taught him how to read after her own lessons and through many secretive talks told him her ambitions and dreams. He felt as if he understood her more than her parents. He believed more than anyone she was worth staying in the rough embrace of this family.
It wasn't until the age of 15, after his mind had pushed the Empire's merciless hunt of him and his family to it's deepest reaches had he decided he would escape the slave family's grasp. He beg the daughter to leave with him, for the family had grown more aggressive and was a threat to him and her. After months of convincing, she finally agreed. A couple of weeks later the two escaped the confines of the estate, only to be chased hours afterwards. During the chase the man's daughter was caught in killed in front of Uruale's eyes. It was than that his instincts took over and instead of attempting to avenge her, he ran for his own life. This in his eyes was his first act of Sin.
For months, he travel back and forth through the confines of the Empire. It wasn't until he decided to fight back that he join the Empire's army. It was here that he learned how to fight, through the tutelage of his mentor and master Cid. He begin to surpass all that challenged him. At 16 he excelled in swordplay and archery, quickly earning the title " Blood Rusher " Over the next 5 years he ascended up the ranks and caught the eye of the King himself, Galbatorix.
A day that seem like any other, became interestingly different when Uruale was called for a meeting with the King. In his inner most sanctum, Uruale was brought in front of two large eggs. One crimson and the other emerald. A awkward silence passed by, than Galbatorix released him with a disgruntle snort. Uruale hadn't known the meaning of this until a couple of years later.
Uruale is now 22, and has become a prodigy within the King's ranks. So much of a prodigy that he was sent with a group of Galbatorix's best warriors into the unknown wilderness of the Beor Mountains. He alone was trusted to upkeep Galbatorix's justice outside of the Empire. A lie that Uruale fell for devotedly.
During the long track to the Beor Mountains, Uruale had lost over half of his platoon. Many died against the creatures of the Hadarac Desert, and others to it's extreme climate. It took them 3 months in full to reach the titanic mountains. They all awed at the sheer size of it all. It seemed like it's peaks had pierced the heavens above and probably reached well pass them. Uruale who led his man with absolute authority commanded most of them to their doom. Though not on purpose, it was mainly because he was an inexperience teen who was placed in a leadership position too soon. It took them months to explored half of the mountain range before Uruale declared the exploration to be a failure.
The only thing of interest he had found was a rose colored stone about a foot in length and width. If not for his laziness and exhaustion he would have carried it in his own sac. Instead he ordered one of his man to carry it with them. About a year passes by before the platoon of three returns to the Empire. Many wandered what happened to the once twenty loyal soldiers that traveled to the mountain of giants. Uruale made his report to the King, forgetting to mention the stone. Than again, after a year of tracking back to the Empire who would remember a lonely stone.
When he returned, the news of another Rider surfacing had reached his ears. The stuff of legends. People who rode on dragon's had started to make their mark on the world again. And apparently a new Rider had taken his rightful spot at the King's right side. How infuriating to have left and to returned to a ruined dream. He sulked in his misfortune for weeks.
After sparring with the soldier from his trip to the Beor Mountains he was reminded of the stone. Uruale on a whim, asked for the stone back and in return gave the man his custom broadsword. It was solemn parting, but for some reason the stone seemed more important.
That night Uruale fell asleep as usual but was soon aroused by the sound of squeaking and awkward bellowing. He responded to the noise by throwing a dagger towards the creature, which barely missed it, but missed none the less. It wasn't until he touched the creature and gained a weird marking on his hand did report to healing tents, who in returned told Galbatorix. At the king's request, Uruale returned to his inner sanctum and was asked to speak in a weird language, not sure on what he was saying he repeated every word he was asked.
Afterwards he had become much closer to the King, he was trained personally in the ways of magic and the ancient language. Once he had learned what the king had forced him into, the man was angered, but simply accepted it after finding out he could finally combat Murtagh with his new strength. The rose colored dragon, who he name Flare was made stronger by the power of Eldunari's and so was Uruale. They begin to take on the rebellion of the Varden in separate locations than Thorn and Murtagh and with astounding success begin to show promise as new riders.
Uruale is a willing participate in Galbatorix's plans and has taken on the title as " Heir of the Forsworn " He cares little for others and has declared that all he needs is Flare. After the battle of Belatona, Uruale returned to the prisoners of the War, deciding to pay one of them a visit.
Dragon's Bio
Let your heart roar ! my rider. None shall overtake us. And none shall overtake the Empire
Name: Flare ( FLAH - ray )
Race: Dragon
Age: 4 Months
Side: Empire
Gender: Female
Birthplace: Beor Mountains
Physical description: Flare's hide and eyes are the color of a lighten rose. Her scales shimmer a vibrant pink that seem to refract the light into a mosaic master piece. She sees the pinks of the world more brightly than she do others, especially becoming entranced when the sun lowers beyond the horizon and it colors splatter against the sky. She has nine bone white spikes that decorate the crown of her skull. Four small ones line the hard ridges, above her slanted eyes. Three medium spikes lay between two large ones that jut straight up from her head. She has several that line from her back to her tail and couple on the joints of her strong legs.
The dragon's frame has been commented by Galbatorix to be suited for the air. The King says that he has seen many dragons, but none quite so fair to the currents of the sky. She is built with lean muscles and her wings are larger than many other dragon's of her time. She is about the size a large house and is still growing thanks to Galbatorix's tampering. Her talons curved towards the tip which allows for better gripping against her opponents. Her jaws are line with sharp ivory fangs capable of easily crushing a tree.
Where She Hatched: In Uru' baen, Soldier Barracks
Personality: Flare ( FLAH - ray ) is a prideful dragon who considers herself to be extremely formidable. She is loyal to the Empire, but is even more loyal to her Rider. She has mentioned on numerous occasions that if Galbatorix ever threatens to hurt him, she would behead the king herself. She is very arrogant of her strength, but for some reason keeps it in check on the battlefield. Her knowledge and senses are much better than Uruale, something that she tries to keep in check around him as well.
The dragon guides the man with subtle pushes around his situations, never pushing the subject to far. She loves and cares for the boy deeply, even going so far as to become jealous when other women hang around for too long. She stands fully behind her Rider no matter the decision he makes.
Truthfully she enjoys the thrills of war, never shying from death or the need to kill. She counts herself lucky to have a Rider who indulges in the workings of death as much as she does.
Her Rider has taken on the title " Heir To The Forsworn " She has not. Though she follows him because of the bond they share, she does not share his reasoning for taking on such a heartless and honor-less name.
Flare has a exuberant, girly- girl voice. Though her words come out with wisdom behind them, Uruale barely takes heed because of the way she sounds. Sounding like a youthful teenager, he finds it hard to listen to her at times.
Strengths: Air Combat, Uruale Emotions, Fire Breathing, Anger, Eldunari's
Weaknesses: Uruale, Her Bonds To Galbatorix,

Dislikes: Shruiken, Saphira, Eragon, Elves, The Title " Heir Of The Forsworn "
Family:
Illen - Father - Rider Dragon
Mystia - Mother - Rider Dragon
Yalion - Grandmother - Rider Dragon
Bid' Daum - Ancestor - Rider Dragon
Not-So-Brief History: Before the Fall of the Riders, Flare's mother Mystia had laid her egg in the valley's of Beor. There she waited for centuries for the person who would one day be her Rider. Though she could feel the presence of many passing by her, she knew that none of them was who she was waiting for. They would all pass by without knowing the power within the egg.
When a group of seven approached her it was there that she felt the feint but intense presence of the one she was suppose to hatch for. He was close by, but their was to many around for her to hatch. Her thoughts ran along the line of someone accidentally coming into contact with her before he did, so she never didn't hatch. She hoped desperately that he would not leave without her. For if it came down to that, than she would have no choice.
A year later, she felt the presence stronger than ever. The man in the bed glowed a bright rose color, the light reached out to her. She knew that it was time. So she hatched for the man, only to have a dagger thrown at her. She was frightened at the man's absolute intolerance for misbehavior but quickly overlooked it.
A couple of days afterwards she was brought before a man of great power and taint. He forced her unknowing Rider into his services than quickly made her as well. As all went well, Flare and Uruale would begin their training under the King's watchful eyes. It was there during her fire breathing training and Uruale's magic lessons that she met Thorn and Murtagh for the first time.
Immediately she felt hate and resentment come from her Rider but to her Thorn was one of interest. And would one day be a possible mate.
After several months of intense training the two were sent on their first mission, towards the dank pits of Helgrind. There they investigated the fall of the Ra'zac. She and Uruale discovered the signs of a struggle, and it was obvious that a dragon had been involved in it. An hour of investigation led to only one answer and that was Eragon and Saphira had been there.
After that, the two was sent off on several missions to handle the rebellion of the Varden, up until the battle of Belatona. The pair had entered the battles of small forces, completely humiliating their platoons before destroying them. Galbatorix has called them his little secret and plans on allowing them free reign from now on. The two will appear in the next full scale war for all to know, that the Empire has an extended power and that the Varden will not have it's way.
