Farore remained unconscious for a good long while. During that time, her body seemed to remain calm, and while an occasional tear could be seen coming out of her closed eye, a small smile could be seen on her face. Every now and then, she could be heard muttering something incoherently in her sleep. It was obvious that she would be making a quick recovery, though how quick it would be was still a mystery.
It was several hours since she was brought back to Ellesmera when she began to stir. Her eyes slowly began to blink open, to only close shut again as she let loose a silent yawn. She then began to force herself to sit upright, groaning as she felt her body ache in pain.
"Ugh... What happened?" She asked weakly as she rubbed the back of her head, not really knowing if anyone was around to answer her question.

((Okay since Brenton was just killed off here like today then I guess it is time to let Laetri take over as king...time skip is in order))
Kialandi drug himself out of bed as he realized that even the forest who was living stronger couldn't keep his feelings high or make him see the sunlight that filtered down from the canopy. He stretched and then cursed as he remembered that Brenton had told him that there would be sentencing done for Moratensis on this day but the king had never made it. Instead he had appointed Laetri as his successor and not there would have to be a sentence from the new king. Quickly he grabbed a large apple and dashed out of the door, seeing Shaelren look up confused. The boy had been working silently upon finding the source of the magic that came from the Crags and was almost there. It was his hope that maybe he would be able to find the items that had been "lost" when Brenton died. Realistically, Undbitr and Vaentr's eldunari both resided with Kialandi at that moment in a hidden pouch that he had cast spells upon to hold whatever he needed without filling. Kialandi opened the bag and drew forth the glittering ceremonial blade Argetadurna as he walked and sighed because the last battle it had seen was the one where its former owner had died protecting his people. Now Kialandi owned Argetadurna and he had to give it to the next king so that there would be a long line of royalty still.
Kialandi Morzansson, Brenton would've been proud of you for remembering him but he would say it is time to move on and give up his possessions to those in need. Go to Laetri and give Argetadurna to him, then present Undbitr to either Isrydia or Seril for they deserve the blade. Lastly place me under the roots of the Menoa Tree so I can one day be dug up and help those who need me. The mind of Vaentr spoke to Kialandi and he nodded. Upon his way he passed the tree and he crouched down. With his head down, Kialandi buried Vaentr's eldunari under the roots about fifteen feet until he was sure that the world would find Vaentr when it was time. Then he set off for Laetri in the palace, passing guards who nodded to him and gave their condolences. Everyone was sorry to see the former king die but it was especially hard for those who had fought beside him in that last battle.

((Brenton.. why mon, why? ;_;))
Laetri was heart broken. Brenton, the one man who had ever acted like a father to him had died... and on the same day he had died, just a few hours before he had died, they had argued. Tears filled the young elves eyes as he remembered how small the argument had been. He tried to run his right hand through his hair but as he tried, he screamed in pain and many of the guards turned to him. He dismissed them with his left hand. In the battle against Ashendale and Nelfarion, Laetri had broken his wrist after Ashendale trapped him. Laetri had been named the successor of Brenton, and so it was his right to sit upon the throne. But he couldn't bring himself to do so. The very man who had died to save him and his people had died after an argument with Laetri. He didn't want it to end like that. He didn't want it to end at all. Agaravel had been permitted into the palace as Laetri demanded it. He almost never walked without her by his side and sometimes he would babble into her scales, hugging her.
Laetri had finally been given the resolve to sit upon the throne and as he did, the guards turned to him and knelt. They had seen the passion and sorrow in their new king's eyes. And in return, he had seen the sorrow in theirs. Many of the guards present had been close to death as they fought bravely to protect their king. Laetri raised his chin high. Brenton had placed him as king to watch over the elves. And Laetri would not fail him."My people.. my subjects.. my brothers and sisters. Today as we all know is a new day for all of us. Brenton has fallen and appointed me as his successor. I will not fail him. I will live up to his expectations. Remember this day as a day that Brenton did not die, but was lost. He had bravely sacrificed himself to save us all. Let us honor him and remember his passing as not a death, but a prolonging. I will do my best to be a great king such as he." announced Laetri sadly.
Many of the elves hung their heads in shame and he continued,"My brothers and sisters, it was not your fault Brenton fell. It is no one's fault. But remember, some day we will avenge his demise. We will not let this pass. Not without judgement." his voice grave as the elves finally raised their chin and clashed their swords. It both saddened and relieved Laetri. Soon enough, Kialandi had entered the room and Laetri stood to greet him."Kialandi my friend, you are as always more than welcome to the palace. I am just curious as to what brings you here? It is very early my friend, you need to rest. asked Laetri, his voice worried.

((I'm just going to say this now. Because of the sudden time skip, I'm retconning the time that Farore has been out from a few hours to several days. At least that way it would explain Farore absense during the fight in The Chase))
There was no answer...
Farore blinked a few times to remove the blurriness from her eyes, soon finding herself in the house that the elves were kind enough to let her stay at. A sense of deja vu came upon her as she looked at her surroundings, almost reminding her of the day she had first awoke. Well, at least this time she hadn't forgotten everything again. Had she?
The last thing she remembered was falling unconscious in the middle of the woods. Then... there was something else? She remembered hearing voices in her head. Voices from the trees. And... And the voices were screaming for help, but she was unable to do anything to help them. Then they had stopped as suddenly as they had began. Then there was one last thing. She looked into the pool and saw... saw... Farore gave a deep sigh as she couldn't remember what she had saw.
With a small grunt, she forced herself out of bed and walked towards the front door. Even though she was back in the world of the living, as she took her first step outside she couldn't help, but feel as if something bad has happened while she was out. Something big. She looked around, noticing that Ellesmera wasn't as active as it used to be (which is saying much). Many of the elves that were out had looks of mourning on them, as if someone important to them all had died.
It didn't take long for her to figure out what had happened.
She quickly went off in search of Kialandi in hopes that he would be able to deny her suspicions.
