Pike looked through the bushes and trees, spotting what Kaala had. "Vardy?" Pike shouted at her. Forest stretched out his head and examined the rider, confirming Pike's claim. "Wait, stop Kaala, she's an old friend."
Not that old, Forest stated.
"We met when I visited the Varden, she's safe as far as I know." Pike said, looking back at Forest. Pike walked past Kaala, weapon still in hand but in a less offensive manner. "Come on over here, Vardy. As Kaala said, you're welcome here... unless you've double crossed us, that is."

((Sorry I couldn't post earlier. Chem test. D: Danny, my character's name is Lirael.  It's been a while. Even I'd forgotten.)) Lirael stepped out into the open, blushing slightly. "Sorry about that. I'm not exactly the stealthiest person out there." They both seem fine...I would hope so. Remember we met Pike and Forest at the Varden?"It's nice to see you again Pike, I was sent out here to train with another rider. Hopefully this is where I'm supposed to be." She smiled to herself then looked up at the other rider who was holding a staff, blade on the ground near the fire. "Oh. I'm afraid I don't know who you are." She stuck out her hand. "I'm Lirael. Sorry if I scared you." |

Kaala shook her head as the girl darted out of the trees with little to no regard for anything. Kaala looked at her confused before setting the butt of her staff on the ground near Mirror.
"Sorry about that. I'm not exactly the stealthiest person out there."
"Not the stealthiest indeed." she said, the amusement evident in her voice.
"It's nice to see you again Pike, I was sent out here to train with another rider. Hopefully this is where I'm supposed to be."
She cast a glance over the girl before shooting a look at Pike. "I'm guessing so, I recieved a letter from Lord Raylborn to be here. I'm guessing that you're the reason." she said, noting the look on Pike's face.
"Oh. I'm afraid I don't know who you are." She stuck out her hand. "I'm Lirael. Sorry if I scared you."
She took the hand offered, locking eyes. "Kaala, Youngest daughter of the House of Salyn." She said, her tone formal as she released the hand and bowed."Pleased to make you're acquaintence." She turned to Mirror and noticed he seemed to be staring at the new dragon with a hard intensity.

"Well, the gang of Varden Riders meet again," Pike said, looking at Lirael with a smile. "We're only short one large Sapphire dragon, though I doubt he'd be free enough to show up here."
He looked over at Kaala, finding it somewhat surprising that she would be training someone, especially with her dragon being so young. "So how are the dear old Varden running without their jungle man?" Pike asked, looking back at Lirael. "I don't suppose Raylborn has keeled over and died due to stress yet has he?"
Forest stamped an impatient tail onto the floor, blowing some dust and dirt into the air. That's enough, Pike, Forest said, blowing smoke from his nose. Let them go about their training, you can play Varden catchup later.
Snaking his long next towards the lake, he drank from it with loud gulps. And welcome, Lirael, he commented. And you as well, Eridor, it is good to see you both once again.
