Appearance: Even though he is relatively young, his face has a roughness to it from the several years he has spent as a soldier. On his left cheek, he has a faint scar from an arrow that he had barely avoided. His hair is short, and tends to bearly be well kept. The same could be said to his beard that is little more then a stubble.
His body is well-toned and muscular from speanding most of his time in his armor. A number of scars from both past battles and incidents cover can be seen on his body. He often can be seen wearing full plate armor that is obviously well cared for. When he is not wearing that, however, he is either wearing a soldier's uniform or a basic set of tunic and breeches.
Personality: Morrow is, surprising, a pretty upbeat person. Even though he is a soldier in the middle of war, he does his best to keep a positive attitude and smiles when he can, for if he doesn't, who will? He cares greatly for the people he has sworn to protect, and is willing to do all he can to protect them. In battle, he becomes a living shield, willingly throwing himself in front of blows in order to protect them from harm.
Morrow has a stubborn side too. If he gets an idea in his head, he won't stop til he manages to accomplish it. He's loyal to the Empire and it's people, but possesses little love for the murderous king who rules them both. Yet he sees the Varden to be a much worst threat for he believes while they say they fight for the people of Alagesia, they truely only want the throne and it's power to themselves.

Family:
History: Morrow was the first son to an apprentice blacksmith, Uthar, and his wife, Lilian. Then, six years later they would have another son named Trelik. When Morrow was twelve years old, a particularly bad winter had set on Belatona. This forced Uthar's family into hard times as no business was coming to the blacksmiths. Matter only proved to have gotten worse as Lilian had became deathly ill, and had soon passed away.
The death of his wife had a profound affect on Uthar, causing him to go into a deep pit of depression which only ended when his children had a near brush with death. It was then when he decided to teach Morrow the ways of his profession. During the next seven years, Morrow learned the ways of blacksmithing from his father. However, when Morrow thought he knew what he was going to be doing for the rest of his life, he was drafted into the Empire's army.
Morrow was forced to leave his family and home behind, with only his father's parting gifts in hand. A set of full plate armor, and an old silver shield called Argetskul that has been in their family for generations. At the training camp, Morrow met another recruit by the name Ivan, and they became fast friends. During what little free time they had, they spared together to help improve their skills. This got the attention of Commander Stryker who had came to the camp to see what progress the recruits have made. Impressed by their dedication and the promise they both showed, he offered them both a place in his squad, which they both eventually decided to join.
The squad that Commander Stryker had led turned out to be wondering peacekeepers then an actually part of the army. Their whole purpose mainly consisting on trying to keep the peace within the Empires borders. It was a small squad, consisting of only five to eight people at most. This way they were able to move from one area to the next quickly without the need of a caravan of supplies. It was during his time under Commander Stryker's wing when Morrow had learned how to fight in mounted combat and how to protect his thoughts from those who seek to invade his mind.
Five years passed when Morrow would found himself becoming Commander Stryker's successor. You see, during the intervening time, Morrow had become Commander Stryker's second in command. Then one day, during a battle with some urgals, Stryker was slain by a Kull. This forced Morrow to take command of the group and successfully defeat the Urgal raiders.
Now, during a time of war between the Empire and the Varden, Morrow has proven himself to be an effective commander. He has so far done his best to try to keep the peace in the quickly shrinking empire, yet it obvious things are only going to get worse before they can get better.
((I must apologize how rushed this backstory is. After spending so many weeks working on it off and on, I honestly just wanted done with it. However, I do plan on eventually finishing Morrow's full backhistory and you will be able to find it here.))
