Hello everyone! Before I start ranting, I'd like to say I like the site's layout. Anyway, since my real name is too complicated to figure out, you can all call me Shadow. I'm 16, and I live in a cornfield (literally) in Ohio. Haha...pretty boring life. Anyway, I came by this site by accident, and decided to join. Thats about it, I guess. But I do have a question: How do I change from Varden to Empire?

Welcome Shadow You capitalize and spell correctly, so I like you already. You know where you editted your avatar? It's right by there. Go to your profile, hit modify profile, and right by Avatar URL, you have Width, Height, Personal Text, and then Player Side. Click, scroll down, and hit empire.

I still don't see it. Oh well. I'm going to have one character Empire and one not, anyway. Haha, thanks. I am very meticulous about spelling. It really annoys my friends sometimes, though.

Hm... mayhaps it's only something us mods and admins can do. I'll change it for you.

Greetings all. I am Kezefal. I live in England. I have read Eldest, and am half-way through Eragon. I like pie. That sums up my life.

Heh, every now and again I see people who say "I like pie" just for kicks. What about cake? Welcome, Kezefal. Odd that you read Eldest before you finished Eragon though. I think you get the prize for being the farthest away member though.

Cake is good, but it is not a pie. More of a negible, scrawny and slighter desert. Still so sweet and luxurious, but still no pie. I often read books in the wrong order. That way, there are no last chapter suprises. And countless amounts of time playing D&D now ensure I require to know what is happening in advance. Just to 'prepare'.

Welcome Shadow and Kezefal. Ah D&D fan? I wanted to try that once, but it seemed so complicated. I'll stick to forum rpgs hehe.

D&D is like RPG with a stronger char sheet and more advanced gameplay. Man... now I want pie...

I know what D&D is, it just is way more complicated. With a DM having to get players, fill out char sheets make up adventures etc etc. I used to GM a Starwars d20, and it was fun but games took like 4 hours.

Lets face it. Who does not want pie right now? I wish I had a pie, with the sweet, mouthwatering, delicate pastry that crumbles-on-your-tongue and the warm, melt-in-your-mouth fillings of all variations. The beloved scent wafting up your nose, and the heat radiating towards your hands. There can be no better meal.
