So I joined but now I feel pretty stupid. I haven't done any sort of role playing in the past few years. But something inside me is giving me the urge to write again. The part that makes me feel stupid is I LOVE these books, but I never got a chance to read Inheritance. So I'm thinking about reading it before throwing myself into this.

Welcome Lydia, I'm Brenton and I would give titles but let's just say I mostly have royalty of some type or another or I have power class characters. I'm one of the admins of this site and can tell you that after so long on here it does go away, that feeling of stupidity. We don't judge or anything so if you have questions then go ahead and ask them.

Hello! I'm Quetzal, a moderator here. As Brenton said, there's no need to feel stupid. We started at the end of Brisingr and our plotline deviates massively from the one in the Eragon series, and there's a lot going on so everyone will have questions. Ask away, there are no stupid questions! It also means you don't have to read Inheritance to do anything here.

Welcome Lydia, I'm glad you joined us. =) I have a few books like that too that I never got around to reading yet.  But hey no worries, it isn't a problem not to have read it. Just knowing the general idea of the books or reading the summary from Wikipedia is enough sine like Queztal said we have deviated a lot from the books. |
