Where will the Eldunari be found?: In His Rider's old house, Talion's father's old house. In Uru'baen
Appearance: Talot was one of the bulkier dragons, built more for fighting than flying. His muscular legs were almost twice the size of the more sleeker dragons. He was deep purple, with lighter purple eyes. At his death he was double Saphira's current size. His size and bulkiness used to intimidate people, until they heard his musical voice. His voice being quite like Murtagh's Dragon Thorn. Now in death, his Eldunari is just big enough to fit in a backpack that will be attached to Talion's back at all times under his clothes.
Personality: Talot is a strong hearted dragon, as a weak willed one is unheard of. He never gives up, never surrenders. This is what makes him and Talion a great pair. He supports Talion's view on life, as his father had many of the same views. Unlike the only other pair of Eldunari and descendants of the rider Talot knows, David and Heralda, Talot had known Talion before his fall for 200 years. Of all the people to find his Eldunari, Talion was the sole person Talot had wanted. He lends his strength when Talion needs it, but as Talion can only heal himself with real magic, Talot is contented to be a companion and guide to his rider's son.

History: Talot hatched to Tennant, a male elf, only 30 when his dragon hatched for him. SO he went into training like most humans did.. learning everything from scratch. They learned from one of the older Rider and dragon's. Their training was short though, because their mentors died in an Urgal attack on Gi'lead. After a testing session by the other elders, they were deemed ready to be rider and dragon in full. Talot was only 10 when they had joined the ranks of Dragon's and Riders.
Tennant met A ranger 40 years later. While most would have found their almost feral appearance unnerving, Tennant found it very attractive, and took her as his mate. They got a perminate residence in llirea. With in the year Talion was born.
for the first hundred years of Talion's life Tennant and Talot traveled like normals Riders, crushing Urgal resistance multiple times. unfortuantely, Tennant grew lonely and craved more time with his mate and son. So he returned to Illirea and stayed as a defender. There Talot grew closer to the family, even taking Talion for rides when he wanted to.. which granted was rare.
When the Forsworn grew close to Illera, Talot and Tennant came up with a plan B. Talot dis-engorged his Eldunari and Tennant hide it in his house, under the stairs in a hidden compartment, protected by very strong magic that was fed off of Talot's energy. When Talot and Tennant fell to the sword of Galbatorix, Talot lived on, and did all with in his power to stay hidden.
Every year he would stretch out his mind for a couple minutes and learn what was happening in the world. He learned very little, except when Heralda and Kronos had joined the fight yet again, and then when they had been killed. He then learned of Brom's victory over Morzan... then nothing until he heard of the Varden's victory at Farthen Dur. More information started to come in at that point. It was then that he heard little snippets of Talion's doings.
For the last few years of his hiding, Talot stretched out his mind more and more, once every few months, and during the battle of Uru'baen he searched the minds of the empire the whole time, saving Talion a few times.
It was a couple hours after the battle that Talot was found. Now he travels in a special made backpack the rest underneath Talion's clothes.
