I think that instead of having titles such as Peasant and such for how many post levels that have to instead have Titles for what Race they are. It could help people be less confused as to what other people are without having to take the time to go to the character profile page and find it. So underneath their name it would read Elf or something of the sort. If they are a mod it can read something like Elf Mod or Dwarf Mod or something. Thats just my suggestion though.
