Personality: Kaylon always likes action and combat. He is stubborn at times but always want to test his skills. He enjoys using magic and practicing swordplay. He enjoys flying around with Alamir, using magic and practicing combat.

Brief History: Kaylon was born in Surda, in the Varden hideout. His parents were in the Varden and because he thought that the Varden were just trying to take over the Empire, he ran away at the age of 13 and went to Uru'baen. He was caught trying to steal some food from the market place and was taken before Galbatorix and Galbatorix stared at him for a while then the king looked at Kaylon and closed his eyes. Kaylon had felt his body growing warm and he fainted. When he awoke, he was taken to a room with a red stone in the middle lying on a cushion. He was told to touch the stone and a dragon had hatched from it. Galbatorix trained him and he learnt how to fight in combat and how to use magic. Since then, he has fought in some of the Empire's battles and remained faithful and loyal to Galbatorix. At the age of 14, he was able to fight off a whole horde of Kulls for Galbatorix and a little while later, Galbatorix taught him some powerful words of magic, words which the old riders used to say "should have been kept secret".
