Other name: Vollar Anglát. This nickname was recieved after he burned down an entire village on his own.

Personality: Evrakil keeps to himself during times of war and stays isolated at times. He has a very dark side of his personality and has vowed to keep all of his thoughts to himself. He has been becoming increasingly evil since he became a member of the Forsworn

Family:Both of his parents died from unknown illnesses. He is a cousin to the elf princess, Arya, and nephew of Queen Islanzadi.
Brief History: Evrakil was born a 800 years after the Dragon Wars. He grew up a clean and well mannered child. He was known to follow all commands given to him by his elders and his parents. On his 29th birthday his parents were stricken with a mysterious illness. They became progressively sickly until they both died. Stricken with anger and sorrow he fled Ellesmera with ,but, a satchel of food and a dagger. He lived on foliage he found throughout the forest untilhe reached the elf town of Osilon. After staying for a few days and replenishing his supply of food He set off for Gil'ead. When he reached Gil'ead he worked as a merchant. He aquired a boat and set off down the Ramr River. He briefly stopped in Bullridge and continued down until he reached Uru'baen. There he rented a room at the local inn. Periodically through his tenement at the Inn he left on espionage trips for the local Theives Guild. Through them he has come upon some very expensive weapons which he promptly gave to his master. He also participated in some ambushes on towns that had been cospiring with the Varden. Also during his stay at Uru'Baen he was confronted by some of galbatorix's guards numerous times. During those encounters he always talked them out of taking him to Galbatorix. During the past 200 years Evrakil has trained daily and honed his skill in magic and sword fighting. He is slowly becoming more powerful at both.
