Magic User: Yes, but not spells and such. She can see visions of what is happening if someone is using large amounts of magic. Only a few people know about these powers.
Clothing: She wears a long sleeved red shirt with sleeves that loop around her middle finger. It is trimmed in black. She wears a short black skirt that goes to her mid thigh.
Preferred Weapon(s): A sword with a black hilt, or a long wooden staff painted black with red ancient writing on it. It was sung by one of the kings elves that he has under his control and has many ancient curses written on it. It was a gift from the king himself.
Personality: Belli is very smart. She has a bit of a temper, and it doesn’t take much to accept her. She is materialistic. She is the sort of person who can be smiling to your face on moment then stabbing you in the back in another. She is nosy and will do anything for information. She is vicious in combat and doesn’t think twice about killing someone.
Likes/Dislikes: Likes- Belli enjoys fighting. She loves fire and jewelry. She doesn’t really like the king but she enjoys the company of Murtagh.

Brief History: Belli’s family came from a far off land. Her mother gave birth as they reached Alagaesia. Their ship was attacked by pirates. Somehow her mother hid on the ship and as the pirates made port near Uru’baen and only her mother escaped. She made it to the king’s fortress inside the city and left Belli near the entrance of the castle.
As the guards changed shifts, Belli began to cry. One of the guards found her and took her to the king. He looked at the baby. Her exotic features made him change his mind. Instead of killing her, he left her with his most trusted maid.
As she grew, Belli began noticing her difference between other girls. Her slanted eyes and long black hair made her different from everyone else. She became an outcast among the maids and began to find herself as more of a freak than anything.
The king was amazed by her difference. He soon had her moved into the castle so that she could become an entertainer for the king and Murtagh. She began looking at her difference as a good thing more than a bad thing and , under the king’s guidance, began training as a fighter as well. She is under complete control of the king because he knows her true name.
Anything extra: Belli appears to be of Japanese decent. She has a few servants under her control but not many. She likes to think that she has some power in the kingdom but she is really just nice to look at in Galbatorix's point of view.
