Overdue Introduction

I really should have posted this a while ago, but I figure it's not too late to go ahead and write this up.
My name is Jack, although I dropped the C here because Jak seeks more fitting for a fantasy roleplay than Jack does. I'm fifteen years old, and I've been roleplaying for a bit over a year and a half now. I started in March of 2010.
This is my first Eragon RP, and I'm thrilled to have been able to find one with even a few active members. Reading and writing are a couple of my greatest passions, and when reading a book, I often imagine (usually subconsciously) alternative characters and scenarios that could exist in the world that the story creates. Unfortunately, most RPs based off of novels are either inactive or nonexistent. I count myself lucky to have found Argetlam to have any activity whatsoever, as virtually every other Eragon RP has long-since died.
I live in Texas and I'm a freshman in high school. I'm a member of the school's cross country team, and I've found that I really do love to run. I also like to act, and am planning on auditioning for our school's next play.
So yeah. I'm Jak.
