Bolt is tall with broad shoulders and long arms as well as long legs but he is not massively muscular like some ancient soldiers. No, as a Ranger he is toned with the musculature meant for running and using certain weapons. He wears on most days a long sleeved black shirt made of silk with a dark grey vest over it crafted of dragon hide and steel as well as sheepskin lining. His hands are always wrapped in dark grey bandages that cover most of his forearm and all of his hand except his fingers. On his legs are custom made pants of the same material as the vest but they stop mid calf and show his dragon hide boots.
His hair is never the same color but it is always hanging in his eyes and covering most of his facial features which helps to hide the scar over his right eye. The rest of his face is covered by a silk half mask that is dark grey. He wears on his head a band of silver with the Sartori Family crest on it. When they are visible, Bolt's eyestare never the same color.

Bolt is very, well, reserved when around others. He never shares his past or any information about himself and always keeps his guard up. After all, he knows that the assassins are Rangers or working with them. He is calculating and intelligent beyond measure, so much so that he could outmaneuver someone like Galbatorix with ease if he tried. Bolt sees no point in fighting especially since he has to run for his life daily. Even though being exiled for something that wasn't his fault, he has learned to work past the hatred he once had for the other Rangers.

Bolt was born in the Hadarac Desert Oasis inside the Sartori Manor with his family all there around him. It was a festive time that day but not for long as Asuka and Sartori were both part of the Royal Guard and therefore were called upon for a mission. Sartori left his spare weapons beside Bolt's bed in case they never returned but the nanny picked them up. Without a good bye the two left their newborn baby and it was the last time they were seen. That day, Sartori Kakashisson was killed by a rogue assassin and Asuka went missing before anyone could come to her aid.
Now the young Bolt was just a parentless orphan who had lost his grandparents earlier in the year. With no one to raise him, Bolt was treated like an outcast and soon began to hate the Rangers. He was 99 years old when he was brought into the Royal Guard and his hatred was proven to be justified. While in the palace, Bolt had heard a window shatter and so he'd gone to check it out only to find a member of the Royal family dead. When the rest of the Guard got there they immediately assumed it had been him and Bolt became the Seventh known A class criminal and was self exiled. He fled as fast as possible, slaying any who tried to stop him. The only stop was to his Manor where Bolt gathered his weapons and then fled again.
For nearly a century he ran from village to village and frequently changed his appearance. That was until his 199th birthday when he held Uzu'takl while weeping. The sword had been his father's and now it was a weapon to kill Rangers. As he held Uzu'takl it glowed and a feeling of understanding washed over the man followed by strength and knowledge. Then he was able to recognize the name of the sword. It was then that Bolt became the Master of the Nine Spirits. He began calling them up within his blade and the strength of the Nine Ancient Warriors would wash over him.
Now he is 200 years old and searching out the Lone Ranger to see if he is a threat.
