Duel (Open)

Rezin Naersham lazily strides to the center of the capitol's plaza. He rests on a statue of Galbatorix for a moment, then suddenly jumps up, drawing his twin scimitars and roaring with glee. Several citizens run off, frightened, but many stop and stare at the spectacle. The Assassin of Shadows twirls his scimitars a few times, then shouts "I, Rezin Naersham, Assassin of Shadows, challenge any who dare draw a blade against me! Come on you fools, and provide me with a few minutes of pathetic entertainment!" More spectators walk off, not amused, but Rezin's eyes scan the crowd, looking for any who might accept his challenge.
