"Sir! We need to stop!" the leader of the spellcasters shouted. A handful of spellcasters laid on the deck of the ship, resting and breathing heavily. Their reserves were gone and they were ready to die before they could stand again. Yin looked over the group and turned back towards the sea, ignoring the leader. "Sir?!"
"We will stop on Sharktooth," they said, steering the ship towards the large island. "A few more moments and you will have your rest. Send the pirates a message that we will arrive."
"A message? We don't have enough energy to send a message over such a distance." Yang reached into his pouch and pulled out a large ruby the size of his fist. He tossed it at the spellcaster.
"A gift from Galbatorix," Yin and Yang said, turning around again. "You'll only need a twentieth of the energy in that ruby to send a message."
The spellcaster smiled to himself and raised the ruby into the air. The sky lit up with a bright light and could be seen clearly even in the day. It faded quickly with a loud explosion. The ship started to rock and the spellcaster dropped, dead. The ruby rolled on the deck and back at the Twin's feet. Yang took the ruby in his hand and looked at it. It was still full and had absorbed the remaining spellcaster's magic to cast the spell. The ship shook again and a low growl was heard. Yin turned around quickly to watch one of the spellcaster faint, the one that was keeping the dragon unconsious.
Yin quickly grabbed his flask and ran towards the rider, removing the rags and opening her mouth. He poured the contents of the flask into her mouth to cause her memory of the ancient language to fade. Yang slowly walked to the back of the boat, drawing his sword and looking over the edge.

Otho looked up and growled venomously. Illyria... she go no response. She shook her body trying to move her legs. She shot a deadly glare at the twin looking at her. When I get out you will be sorry she growled. Her eyes flashed with a slight hint of fear when she looked at the sword. Smoke came out of her nose and her growl deepend till it sounded like thunder.
Illyria groaned and moved her head. It hurt terribly and her vision was slightly fuzzy but that was changing. Otho... she said weakly and looked around. She relaxed her mind slightly as she tried to hear Otho. When I get out you will be sorry she heard her say. Illyria muttered and tried to get up. She scowled when she realized her legs and hands were bound.

Yin and Yang walked towards Illyria and untied her body from the pole she was tied to, but keeping her arms and legs tied. Yang lifted her up and threw her over his shoulder, carrying her to the back of the boat. The twins looked over the edge and Yang held Illyria over the side of the boat. "Listen to us, dragon, for we say this once and only once," they said through mind and mouth. Yin held out his staff and pointed to an on coming ship. "We will arrive on an island filled with pirates in a matter of minutes. We suggest you attempt not to escape less they fill your belly with arrows. We resupply and you behave."
Yang opened his hand and dropped Illyria. A split second later, Yin caught her ropes with his staff. "Understand?" They dragged Illyria back onto the deck and bound her against the pole again as the second ship arrived. The pirated boarded quickly with other spell casters, quickly providing the dying spell casters with food and water.

Illyria glared at them hatefully. "She wil leave and try to escape if I make her." No I wont she growled. Illyria scowled and looked at the twins. "What is it you want with us anyway?" she asked coldly. Her eyes were cold and showed nothing. The color of her eyes matched her emotions at the moment. Otho rocked the boat slightly and growled. My legs are starting to hurt... she growled.

Yin and Yang smiled down at Illyria. "Your dragon will do nothing and we know it," they said, bending close to her face. "And we want nothing with you. It's Galbatorix who seems to be interested in you and Galbatorix alone."
They stood back up and turned as the pirate captain approached them. "We're ready to leave now, sirs. We'll take the wounded to our ship and we'll leave you with a crew. They'll take you to Sharktooth where we'll have a better crew waiting."
Yin and Yang nodded and turned their attention back to the sea. The captain returned to his boat and they continued towards Sharktooth once again.

"I have done nothing to Galbatorix so why would he want me." She growled. Untie my legs! Otho roared. Illyria sighed and shook her head. They wont... they dont trust us or you for that matter. Pissed off dragon... They fear you. I'll capsize this boat if they dont or at least try. Otho grumbled. Illyria smiled slightly and looked at the water. "Let Otho's legs go. as long as you have me and the means of killing me or hurting me she wont do a thing. Plus she'll be in a worse mood when we get to where ever we are going if they are bound the whole way." Illyria said loudly. Illyria looked around and noticed she still had her sword. If I could just... she reached over the best she could to her sword. What was revealed of the diamond blade glinted in the sunlight.

Yin snatched a bow from the hands of a pirate and walked towards the back of the boat. He set the arrow against the bow and aimed it at Otho. Pulling back, he fired the arrow as it shot into the water and cut the rope off his feet. He walked back and shoved the bow back into the pirate's arms. "Happy?" Yin and Yang asked. They looked up and waved to catch the attention of one of pirates in a crow's nest (I think that's what it's called anyway...). "Tell your captain we will not be landing on shore. The dragon might attempt to drag it away. Make the crew switch via row boats."
The pirate nodded and sent signals to the captain using mirrors and light.

Illyria smiled as the ropes hit the blade of her sword. "Yes." she said aloud. Yes I'm very happy now Otho replied her eyes danced happily as she moved her legs. Otho sniffed the air and snorted. Foul smell... she commented and looked around the best she could. Illyria smirked slightly as her ropes caught on the hilt of her blade and pulled hersword up slightly. Soon... she thuoght and rubbed the ropes against the blade. Soon what poppet? Otho asked her curiously. you know what they say Curiosity killed the cat.. Illyria said but never told her what exactly.

(You know, I just noticed there's an l missing from your siggy ) Groups of row boats started coming to and away from the boat as new crew members and spell caster boarded the boats. They carried food, new sails, and other such supplies. Working quickly, the ship was patched up and fixed good as new. Yin and Yang stood at the mast and stared out towards the sea. The pirate captain approached and tapped them on the shoulder. "Evening, gentlemen," he said, putting his hand behind his back. "Shall we speak of payment now?" Yin and Yang looked down at the captain, their faces expressionless. " No, captain, we shant." They turned back around and the captain scowled. "Then I will just be taking my men back then. Come on boys!" He turned around and waved his hands as the pirates prepared to get ready to leave. They walked towards a large board that connected them with another large ship when lightning descended from the sky and struck the bridge, smashing it to pieces. The captain stared down at the water, his foot hovering over where the bridge was a few seconds ago. Lightning struck the second boat and set it into flames. " Galbatorix does not seem to be pleased with your lack of help for the Empire," the twins said, not turning around. " You will be joining us, captain. Galbatorix would like to see you... personally. As for the rest of you, do a good job and you will be greatly rewarded. Raise the sails." The pirates stirred, slowly, and ran towards the sails. The captain, still in his previous position, stood, frozen and shaken. He gulped hard and closed his eyes, falling forward towards the sea. A quick movement and Yin was across the boat, grabbing the captain by the collar and throwing him back onto the deck. " You don't get out of this that easily, Captain."

Illyria smiled as the rope was finally cut all the way through. ok now what.. she thought. My hands are free. Maybe you could get the rest of you free. Otho said to her. Well I would if I could move my arms a bit more and pull out my sword the whole way. Illyria snapped back. She jumped when she heard lightning. Down to a watery grave. Otho Chuckled. "Glad you find it somewhat amusing." Illyria muttered out loud. Galbatorix wants us that why they have us tied up you know. She told Otho. Oh.. Otho said a bit surprised and growled. Illyria looked at the twins and shook her head at the captian. "You should let him go. A captian always goes down with his vessle!" she yelled. I wouldnt do that... Otho said.
(I know I realized it after the guy who made it for me sent it to me but it took so long I didnt ask for him to do it again)

(Heh, okay ^^)
"The captain goes wherever we tell him to," Yin and Yang said. Yin stared at a map as Yang closed his eyes, listening to the wind. "Isn't that right captain? You should probably go into the cabin. We won't be needing you for quite some time."
The captain was still shaking and could only get out a squeaky, "yes..." as he walked back to the cabin.

"Oh see he is like your personal puppet." Illyria commented. Illyria... Otho said in a warning tone. Trust me I know what I am doing Illyria told her. "But just to let you know I wont be anyone's puppet." She snapped and moved the sheath of her sword. She cursed when the sword slipped out and made a thunk on the deck. Plan...erm...A failed. she thuoght sadly.

Yin and Yang laughed as they walked towards her. "Then I suppose we'll have to see what your breaking limit is," they said as they moved closer. Yang walked over to the sword and kicked it away. Yin lifted his head and looked over at the sky. "We'll be in Therinsford soon. Then we will see who becomes the puppet."
They leaned down and put their head next to theirs, her head between them. "Or perhaps you will make the better pawn." They smiled as they leaned back again. "The perfect piece to help the king take out the white knight."

Illyria snarled at them. "You will never find my breaking point. Plus, I will be no ones pawn. NEVER!" she yelled and closed her mind to Otho and closed her eyes. Her breathing slowed slightly as she put herself into a deep slumber. Otho growled.Try explaining that to galbatorix and stay alive. she snorted abd shook her head. Otho started to laugh to herself at the Twins. No one I'm guessing has caused you this much trouble or been this stubborn. she snorted. She moved her legs faster in the water and eyed the boat.

Yin and Yang laughed to themselves and rubbed their hands on the girl's head. They walked away and back to their usual positions in the front of the boat. No dragon, no one gives us this much trouble they said, staring out at Therinsford. For we never hold prisioners of war. We kill those who give us trouble. Tell your rider that she is lucky to have lasted this far. You as well.
The wind picked up and they started to move faster. Soon, they would arrive in the Empire.

Otho growled and shook her head violently. I would love too tell her but she has blocked me out. she hissed has the ropes keeping her mouth closed dug in to her face. Are we there yet? Otho growled. Illyria opened her mind and opened here eyes. "Yes are we there yet?" she asked and chuckled at Otho. Yiour aake! she growled happily

The twins watched as Therinsford came closer into view. "Yes, we're there..." they said, watching the docks. Their boat sailed quickly as they moved closer to the docks. It began to slow down as the spell casters released the wind spells. Behind the group of black soliders, a group of spell casters dressed in white. All the spell casters raised their staffs and jewels into the air as they began to cast their spells. "Time to sleep, children."
Spells flashed quickly as Otho and Illyria were sent into a deep sleep. Their ship landed softly at the port as soldiers rushed on board, dragging Illyria off. Spell casters went to the back of the ship, releasing the dragon and sending it drifting towards land. They tied them up again and left Therinsford quickly. "To Urû’baen. the twins commanded.
