Appearance: Arlen is rather scrawny and tall. He generally is wearing his military uniform most of the time. The few times he's not he wears a rather nice blue jacket along with a black shirt. His sword is nothing special, made out basic materials it's only boast is it's effectiveness to do damage to armored enemies. He has a few minor scars from battles but never has suffered any major injuries.

Personality: Arlen is young and is a bit unsure of himself and still trying to find his way in the world. He often feels like what little he can do won't make any difference when such powerful forces fight on each side. He has a difficult time socializing and often is awkward when he attempts it. Hence why life in the military suits him well just to follow orders and not socialize. While he fights with the Empire he openly opposes them. He nor his family ever had a liking for the Empire. Whenever given the chance he speaks out about it no matter what punishment it might get him. If given the chance he would desert to the Varden's side.
