Eitrboka and Fjorlag flew towards the King’s castle, slower than usually thanks to their wounds and how tired they were. Fjorlag was barely conscious, his vision blurry and his wounds hurting him each time he or Eitrboka moved. Eitrboka was mostly still while flying, panting heavily and letting her tongue out of her mouth, blood starting to emanate from the crack on her beak. It took them the double of the usual time to reach the castle.
They tried to land on the backyard like they usually did, but the lack of energy and their pain made them crash loudly. Eitrboka let out a faint screech to announce their arrival to anyone on the castle, Fjorlag was too tired and in too much pain to try to even move. Eitrboka finally let the black dragon go and looked at the gates, waiting for anyone to come and receive them.

Rerukusu Erisn Galbatorixsson | half elf | Rider of Kamikurai | Physic Elder ( I'll bring in Murtagh shorty. Reru is just answering the door. ) Reru was reclined on a stone bench in the back court yard when the Raz'ac arrived. He was dressed very fine, looking every much as his blood line would indicate with him being Galbatorix's son, in other words a prince. He had been speaking to one of the nobles who pointed at the Raz'ac and looked disgusted at having to even look at them. Reru waved it off and the noble departed. The prince got up and walked over to the Raz'ac. A thin gold crown with purple gems crowned his head. It wasn't his elder crown but the one he always wore to formal occasions to show his status. He seemed surprised seeing the black dragon Eitrboka had set down. "So the King of Dragon's does exist," he said mostly to himself. He wondered if Ender knew of him. Supposedly this dragon was very old, and well so was Ender. But it didn't matter, his father had requested its capture. He wasn't sure why or what he wanted it for though. "Eitrboka, Fjorlag. I didn't expect you to return so soon. My father has been eagerly waiting for your news. It looks like he put up quite a bit of a fight," Reru said making no offer to heal them. He rarely used his magic let alone on others besides himself or Avendel. Despite having access to Ender's power now he had not changed his lack of resorting to magic, maybe out of habit or maybe for something else.

Eitrboka and Fjorlag looked at Rerukusu as he got closer, they felt uncomfortable with their presence, both because of how he acted and because he was a rider. They would have attacked him in an attempt to kill him long before, but he was the King’s son, and that stopped them from doing any harm to the half elf and made him respect him a little.
When he spoke Fjorlag made his usual annoyed clicking sound before answering “You can tell him that our mission is complete, and yes, he actually put a fight, he had some…….abilities that took us off guard” He managed to sit on Eitrboka’s back with quite a lot of effort and pain, but he didn’t showed any of them, not wanting to look weak in front of Rerukusu.
Eitrboka shook her head a little, splattering the place with some drops of her blood that was coming from the crack on her beak. They didn’t were surprised with Rerukusu not wanting to heal them, he was always too greedy with his magic, though it offended them lightly, some of their wounds were serious and their energies were running low, it was obvious that they needed to be attended soon unless Galbatorix wanted them to be unable to have more missions in at least three months, and it was obvious that the King wouldn’t like that all. Fjorlag was also planning of informing the King of what they found out about the small dragon and, obviously with a lot of respect and being really careful, ask for some more magic shields around them, or at least make the ones he already gave them more powerful to not being in a situation as that again.

Rerukusu Erisn Galbatorixsson | half elf | Rider of Kamikurai | Physic Elder Reru nodded. "My father has locked himself in his study again, he won't be coming. I have already informed Murtagh of your arrival though," he said. It was no longer surprising how often the king locked himself in his study. In his search for the work to control magic he often was in there often days on end. Any who disturbed him without great reason well they didn't get the chance to bother him a second time. He paid little attention and knelt down by the black dragon to look at it before reaching out to touch it's scales. It watched him with fearful eyes but didn't move. Reru had heard only a few legends almost fairytale of this dragon, and he was a lot smaller than he'd expected. "Legend has it this is the first dragon that came into existence," he said not sounding like he quite believed it. How could that even be? Murtagh Morzansson | Empire's general and champion | Rider of Thorn A red tinge covered the area for a moment as Thorn flew low over them the light filtering through his wings. He landed on the wall. Murtagh was dressed in partial armor as he'd been training, he quickly dismounted Thorn and jumped down from the wall, cushioning his fall with magic. He barely noticed Eitrboka and Fjorlag as he looked at the injured dragon. He was quiet for a moment before finally seeming to notice the pair. "You've done well. Galbatorix sends his regards, he said. It seemed they had taken quite a beating. "After we secure him in the dungeons I want a full report," he added. With the dragon being so small putting him in the dungeons wouldn't be a problem. He couldn't help but be reminded of Brom's death seeing a Raz'ac. He'd been with Eragon and had been free then. He didn't particularly like them but he had his orders. He held out his hand and rested it on Eitrboka's neck and spoke in the ancient language, healing her. Then proceeded to heal Fjorlag as well.

Fjorlag nodded with Rerukusus’s words, he wasn’t a fool, he wouldn’t dare to even try to bother Galbatorix while he was doing his research on his study, lesson that he learned by watching one of the servants doing so and not coming out again…..at least not in one piece. As he kneeled to check on the dragon Eitrboka took a couple of steps backwards, so she wouldn’t get on the way, they both hated him for several reasons, but still feared him lightly, they didn’t knew why, they just did. Fjorlag listened to him when he mentioned about how ancient the dragon was, it was something really hard for him to believe, especially for the dragon’s size.
When a faint shade of red covered them, Eitrboka and Fjorlag looked up, watching how Thorn flew over them and landed on the wall. When Murtagh jumped off and went towards them they just looked at him, they didn’t hated him like they did with Rerukusu, they simply didn’t liked him, it was most because he was a dragon rider, and because the one who killed their companions was his brother. When he gave them Galbatorix’s regards they both bowed lightly, mostly because they weren’t able to do anything greater with their wounds “The report will be ready for that time”.
When he healed them they couldn’t help but relax, feeling how the pain faded, Eitrboka even licked her beak a little to be completely sure that the crack was gone “Thank you, we’ll meet soon” They went inside the castle to fill a written report and prepare an spoken one, just in case, with Galbatorix you never could be too cautious in any kind of approaching, and they didn’t wanted to get him on his bad side.
