The elf known as Leliah Blackwater ambled aimlessly through the streets of Ellesmera, the gaze of her hazel irises flicking around the grown houses. She crossed her arms over her chest, flicking her head to throw blonde hair over her shoulder. A huff escaped through her nostrils, as she took her lower lip between her teeth and bit down lightly. She muttered what would seem like nonsense to almost everyone else, but somehow made perfect sense to her.
Her mumblings were usually about her childhood, about the wrath of Galbatorix or sometimes even the music she liked. She leant against one of the houses, sliding her eyes to a gentle close; hoping that someone she knew, or could learn about, would approach her for a conversation.

Shaelren walked down the path with his hand on his newly crafted sword made from the finest elven steel that could be bought in Naelrathe as he entered the city of Ellesmera yet again. It had been awhile since he had been here but he had heard that Laetri had talked to Kialandi as of late and he would be damned if he didn't find out what the dragon spirit was doing ignoring him and hiding so much. So the elf boy walked down the street and walked right past a girl he had not seen before. He was so absorbed in his thoughts that it took him a moment to realize he might be able to find the acting king easier if he talked to an elf citizen in the city. So the lord of Naelrathe turned to the girl and pushed his hair out of his face to talk to her. He smiled warmly as he walked over and removed his hand from the sword hilt to appear less threatening. "Good morrow, miss, how are you liking the weather today?

Leliah's hazel brown eyes widened slightly as she was approached, a immediate reaction causing her to take a step back. "Oh, hello," She offered the male a small smile, before reaching up to run her pale hand through her blonde hair. "You caught me by surprise there... The weather is adequate, I would say..." She mumbled, her mind wandering to other things. She focused back on the elf in front of her, tucking her fringe behind her ear. "I'm Leliah, by the way... Leliah Blackwater." She held her hand out for the elf to shake, her lips once more curling into a polite smile.

Shaelren chuckled and the sound was almost like a river chuckling while the wind blew through leaves, very nature-born. He stretched his arm out as his lips formed a smile and white teeth flashed as his pale skin seemed to glow. The elf lord spoke in his juvenile but very weathered tone. My name is Shaelren Thorsson, milady, and I must say it is a pleasure to meet someone as beautiful as yourself. Tell me Leliah Blackwater, what is your business in the capital on this day so fine? He instinctively had to force himself not to attempt to steal the valuables from Leliah's pocket while he talked to her. It had been a very fine trick when younger and made to steal to live but now he didn't have to. Instead he kept a charming smile and a devious twinkle in his eyes.
