I've been asking on the support forum for help with this but I need to know exactly what you guys use and stuff to try and figure it out. I'm mostly copying and pasting it from support. But if you guys could answer all of it maybe we can get to the bottom of it.
1. What doesnt work? do you not see any bars? does the bar not update with posts?
2. When you post, do you use regular reply or quick reply?
3. What device do you use to get on the site?
4. If mobile are you using desktop mode or the mobile version?
5. What browser do you use?
6. is mobile the only method you have of looking at the site? If not please try a computer or another device and test post here. We need to know if it's your devices or the plugin causing the problem.

1 doesn't update with posts
2 quick reply and regular reply. I've tried both and the result is the same.
3 cell phone Huawei Ascend Y
4 desktop
5 cellular browser
6 only method right now is mobile

1. I can't see the bar on my 3DS, nor does it seem to update when I post on this.

awesome thanks for trying both of you. wait if user 2 cant see the bar, how do they know it isnt updating? if they go to their profile, does it show activity bars on their profile at all? because Im wondering if the key just isnt setting on their setup... user 2 = timir Just what I was told so I thought it easier to quote it. Can you see it on your profile. Not the mini one but your main one when you click on your name? Brenton is yours working now? Your posts say 9 on your bar or are you using a computer for those 9? |

Nope, I can't see it on my profile page at all. The reason I can tell it's not working is that I can see it when I'm on my PC and can see that the posts I made from my mobile are not registering with the plug in.

If that particular device is doing something weird that causes JS errors, maybe. Nothing other than that though, especially if they're running in desktop mode. ^ it sounds like the problem is your devices that don't work with the plug in are having errors with Javascript or at least that's one possibility. It's not really something we can fix. |
