A young Farore, no older then 10, was lying on an ooen field, looking up at the night sky with wonder. The stars just glistened with such beauty and power to the young Dragon Spirit. Silent words then caught her attention as she turned to see a figure sitting there. A smile grew on her face as she looked back up at the stars, absorbing every word the figure said. Nothing seemed to be able to ruin this moment and everything was at peace.
Then...
"I'm sorry Farore." The figure said as he began to evaporate away.
"No. Don't go. Don't leave me." The young girl cried out as she got up and reached out for the figure, managing only to grab thin air as the figure had fully disappeared. Fear filled her heart as she found the field she was once in and the stars above have both disappeared along with the figure, leaving her alone in a dark empty abyss. Tears began to fall down the young girls eyes as she didn't knew what else to do as she herself began to feel like she was fading away.
"Poor young spirit. You have lost so much, haven't you?" The voice of an elderly woman said through the silent abyss, "I can help you regain what you have lost, but be warned that you may find yourself a different person if you do."
The young Farore nodded her head yes in desperation, unaware if the voice could actually see her do so. Then everything went blank.
Farore eyes opened as the dawning sun began to rise. Memories of her dream faded away as she stretched and prepared for the new day. She dispelled the spells she had cast in order to protect herself while she slept and packed away her bedroll. Then, with some trail rations in hand, she continued her hike through the forested mountains of the Spines.
