As the sun began to set Saphone had left tintaglia to rest and walked over to David's tent and barges in "Hey you I saw you fight really well today and I wanted to test how good you really are so I challenge u to a swordsmans duel one on one! At dusk!" He said firmly as it was an hour until dusk was upon them*

David sat up from the ancient language book he was reading when a man burst into his tent. Apparently the man was a rider and thought David had insulted him and his dragon. He eyed the Rider and said with the elven form of greeting "my apologies Rider, but i do believe you have the wrong man. I have never and will never insult a dragon and rider." He said with a small bow, silently wondering what was wrong with this Rider. he then added "If i could be so bold as to decline your offer, it would be greatly appreciated."

(still using text talk but whatever)
David nodded as the Rider apologized for his mistake "You are forgiven" David stated as he sat back down, going back to reading his book. Then the Rider intruded further by asking what David was reading. David responded by saying "This once belonged to the Riders of old. Passed to my father by my grandfather, who was a rider of old..and I took possession of it when my father died in Farthen Dur. it contains spells mostly, but it has other useful information." David stated, he then added "I am not strong enough to cast most of these, as they were made for Riders who have the aid of their dragons, but it is still great to learn."
