Appearance: Pale and thin with maroon eyes, surprisingly well combed maroon hair and sharp teeth. He dresses in dark clothes with a simple dagger strapped to his belt. He wears a black leather cloak which can deflect light projectiles. Beneath the cloak, he wears flanged black Armour with an inch thick breastplate to protect his heart. He wraps his chains around the vam-braces on his arms for ease of access and could use that to surprise enemies.
To any onlooker, he’ll look normal enough to get by until they see his cold eyes.
Personality: Very cold. Does not have the slightest trace of remorse left in his body and will kill everything and anything just for fun. He does however respect anyone more powerful and if they ask in the right way, he might even teach them some dark spells. He enjoys commanding respect and forcing people to do something just for the fun of watching them suffer.
Despite all this, he is very patient and may bide his time over decades just for one thing.
He has always wanted a dragon and swears that if he finds a dragon egg, he will sacrifice anything to get it.

History:
Jase was the son of a noble and since the moment he could talk, everyone knew he was no ordinary child. Jase always wanted to learn everything. His thirst for knowledge worsened when he found that he could do magic. His parents spend an earldom on just the education for their son but that wasn't enough. When he Lent to control spirits, he was too eager and the spirits easily took control of his mind and body.
He became Rixen
After several years of haunting the land, he came across a human rider named Galbatorix. Galbatorix stole a dragon and forced it to create an artificial bond with him. Rixen soon became fast friends with Galbatorix and they hatched a plan to conquer Alagaesia. Rixus will map the entire Alagaesia(Including the eastern and northern side) and try to raise a spellcaster army taught in the dark arts by himself while Galbatorix will seize the throne. Once Rixen comes back, they will be unstoppable and will rule the land forever.
Rixen first recruits several Riders who had grudges with the Rider order and sent them to work for Galbatorix. He then traveled the land going east, north and then west, creating maps of the eastern and northern regions(Outside Alagaesia) and persuading spellcasters to join him. Only one Ranger was taught by him and escaped but Rixen let him. He didn't care about one puny life.
Rixen forged his weapons in a furnace of shadows. He could control where the chain whip goes and what it does to the people it touches. Most of the time, his victims turn to dust to keep things clean but sometimes when he wants to torture someone, he could make things very painful. He made his followers split up and bide their time in various small towns in Alagaesia after making them age a lot slower than the average human.
Rixen finally came back to Uru’baen and was surprised by the celebration of Elves, Urgals, Humans, Dwarves and Werecats because a new rider had killed Galbatorix. He quite liked Galbatorix but he knew he had to bide his time to reclaim the throne. He had an army hidden in the land. He had enough power to turn the land into a charred husk. All he needed was a plan. He changed his appearance and joined in with the festivities, his mind hard at work to think of a plan.
He started with starting a trading company and eventually bought BlackMoore Shipping Company which was for sale after the Varden beat the Empire. His contacts grew until he became nobility because of his wealth. Over the past few years, he has been gaining support and followers as well as helping the less fortunate people by giving them money and housing in exchange for working for him.
Over the years, he became a high ranking noble with many estates around Alagaesia and always kept in touch with his magicians. He spends most of his time studying in his mansion in Ilrea.
