Name: Rerukusu Erisn Galbatorixsson
Birthplace: Kirtuan (small elven outpost)
Bloodline: Royalty (son of Galbatorix former king)
Province: Uru'baen
History: Reru had planned to take over and become king when Galbatorix fell and rule. During the battle he turned on Galbatorix to help the Varden take him down with the intent to take his place, but when he failed to claim the crown he tried to get a spot on the council so he would have some influence and might be able to take over. There was little support for him to be on the council so he retreated to the Nether and watched from a distance as the new government took shape. Seeing an opportunity to gain some power he returned to Uru'baen to become it's lord. The citizens already knew him and had mixed opinions on him. Partially by force and using connections with nobles he claimed it was his birthright he proclaimed himself lord of Uru'baen. As lord he is careful what he says and does trying to win the people's favor, he of course has other intentions.

Main Support: His main support comes from fear, those who oppose him disappear. To most he pretends to play the role of benevolent leader to gain their loyalty and trust. He caters most to the upper class and nobles, they have money and money means power.
Why: Because he is power hungry and wants to take over Alagaesia. Though his political answer is to better Uru'bae and bring them out of a dark age.
Ambitions: He wants to gain loyalty of his province then take over other weaker provinces and over throw the council.
