Bloodline: Royal, as the daughter of Galbatorix and younger sister of Rerukusu
Province: Teirm
History: Clarissa, during the war, had been fighting with her father about his tactics but as the child of a tyrant she knew better than to outright disobey. So she bid her time until finally, with Rerukusu, she helped the Varden defeat her family. Immediately after the daughter of the now deceased tyrant went to the Nether but frequently visited the land again. In her time she decided to be peaceful with much of Alagaesia. As a last bit of good faith, Clarissa spoke to the people of Teirm and told them she had birthright to a position of power but would rather be democratic. The ruling body of the city, having been on good terms with her family, agreed to avoid any conflict.
Type: What kind of a ruler will he/she be? Mostly Democratic with some Aggression toward smaller provinces.
How: How did he come to power? Politics and bribery
Main Support: The middle class. She gives money and needed supplies to the middle class and lowers taxes so they can support themselves as well.
Why: She wanted power but also to be farther away from her brother than the Nether allowed.
Ambitions: Self explanatory. Peaceful, mostly, acquisition of smaller provinces around Teirm.
