History: Kelocias participated in the Battle of Urubaen and afterwards left to visit with her brother Kuthian. She discovered provinces were being taken by the children of the deceased king so flew to Belatona to hold it free. Talking to the people she discovered most of them feared they were too close to the old tyrant's family so were willing to let her rule. She promised to bring in some fighters and soon had Kuthian as well as Tashiel and Arathale defending the border.
