History: Rixen has been working on building his company: Blackmoore Shipping Company and the trading routes. He has also been trying to get deals on good wood for good prices.
He has promised the loggers next to the spine that he will charge them less tax on the wood if they give it to him for less.Rixen is convinced money is power and by having a successful business, he would have more power than even the king.
Type: He will mostly try to be kind and understanding but when he catches someone doing the wrong thing, he will punish them.
How: Trading and then eventually gising up in rank because of his influence
Main Support: Tries to helped the unemployed and poor by hiring them into his business. He has mostly been kind to his supporters so they have grown a fair bit. He doesn't care about their rank but just what they can do.
Why: Rixen wanted more power and to achieve that, more money. He thinks the trees in the spine will be good to build the boats for his company and since its next to water, its the perfect location.
Ambitions: In short, he wants to rule Alagaesia but from a different angle: the financial side. Rixen thinks that if he can be rich enough, he could probably buy the throne off whoever is King or Queen.
