Clothing: A white or green corset top (if she is wearing the white then it is trimmed with red lace) with a skirt that goes to about the middle of her thigh. It is made of a very light material so that it doesn't weigh her down. She also carries a red or green traveling cape made of silk and lace, the color depends on where she is traveling. Her boots are made of a durable material similar to leather that stops at her mid calve.
Preferred Weapon(s): A light sword attached to her hip and a strong wooden bow across her back. The sword was her mother's and it is very precious to her.
Personality: Amerylis isn't quick to judge. She is quick-tempered, cunning , and brave. She hides her feelings like most elves, and is always looking out for others, since she was forced to raise her brother. She isn't very trusting and gaining her trust could take some time. She is very protective over those she loves. At times she acts like a kid again, doing things simply because they look fun.
She is witty and thinks through every option before taking one step, except in battle. During battle she is fierce and quick on her feet. She is creative and tends to confuse her enemy while trying to expose their weak spots.
Likes/Dislikes: Likes- Music, singing and dancing. She is always up for a good fight. She loves proving everyone wrong. She likes training and mead.
Dislikes: She hates the effect that mead has on her and others. She hates the Empire, like most people, and hopes to help free it’s people from the wrath of it’s king.

Brief History: Amerylis grew up in Ellesmera with her parents till she was little when her parents went to join the Varden as messengers and archers. She went to live with her grandparent who were at the time very old even for elves. She trained with her cousins in archery till her parents returned.
When she was nearly 30 her grandmother was sick with the human disease, smallpox. Amerylis went to live with her cousins so she did not fall ill as well. Her grandmother died within two weeks of the disease. Within the year her grandfather died as well, from what Amerylis believed was a broken heart.
Three decade had passed,as did her grandparents. When her mother had finally returned she brought with her news of Amerylis's father's death, and a new son who was fathered by a human. Her mother told her that he was to guard her brother till she returned, and to care for him as her own. Her mother soon left her and was killed while returning to the Varden. Word soon reached Amerylis and grief-stricken she vowed to avenge her parents' death and help defeat the Empire.
When her brother Farid was able to fend for himself and her training now completed, she soon left to join the Varden and seek revenge for her parent's death. She began working with the Varden. For 40 years she worked as an archer in the army.
