Birthday: she doesn't actually know the exact day but she knows she was born around mid-winter

Belongings: Ayita carries no haversack or bag. When in human form she has her claymore strapped to her back, her dirk on her left hip and her quiver - with her arrows and bow inside it - over her back too. She has a small pouch attached to her belt with flint, tinder and a piece of crystal inside.
Appearance: HUMAN FORM
Ayita is quite tall with a slim but strong stature. Her long black hair falls past her waist when it is in a plait - it is usually like this to keep it out of the way when she is traveling in this form. She has green eyes; when she is sad her eyes seem to be more blue. When she is angry, fire seems to dance in her eyes.
When she is travelling or fighting she wears a long top with long sleeves in a dark green and brown pants belted with a woven black belt. She also wears a woven leather headband to keep her long, black hair off her face. In colder weather, although she does not feel the cold very much she wears a hooded dark green cloak fastened at her neck. Her clothing is simple but convenient for travel.
On her left side, back, arms and face are scars that show her unfortunate past.
WERECAT FORM
When in her werecat form, Ayita is jet black from nosetip to tail with the same green eyes that she has when in her human form. Like in her human form, Ayita has scars over most of her body and although her werecat form makes her look very beautiful it shows more of her terrible past by these scars.
Personality: Usually calm and quiet but when roused she fights savagely and seems almost possessed. She can have a bad temper sometimes but other times she is quite laid-back. Ayita is quite a solitary character and likes to travel alone but despite this she has enjoyed travelling with others in the past. She is usually very quiet and secretive.
She has no mercy when it comes to fighting and has no fear when fighting either. Ayita is a very competent fighter and she has a mind for strategy.
Ayita rarely talks to strangers; after all she is a werecat and she likes to watch strangers until she knows whether she can trust them, which she hardly ever does because she always finds a fault with them. Also, she is a werecat so she would not usually speak to strangers anyway.
Strengths: Ayita's strengths are that she has great peserverance. She never gives up and and always keeps going. When in human form she is extremely good at swordplay. She is also ambidexterious which is a great advantage in both forms.
Weaknesses: The only two fears she has are that she has a morbid fear of fire because it can make her weak, dizzy and unable to think properly, although she doesn't know why this is so. She also fears when there are no stars in the sky because to her it seems like an omen of ill fate.
History and Background Information: When she was first born, Ayita lived with her two sisters, Kiara (two years younger) & Sara, her older brother, Nathan, and her parents, Stella (mother) & Roran (father) on Raithren Isle, a tiny island in the ocean, unknown to most inhabitants of Alagaesia. Unfortunately for her family, a motley crew of pirates decided to land there and on sighting her family attacked them viciously. Ayita was only 5 years old at the time. Her mother shoved her into a hollow log along with her siblings Sara and Nathan but the pirates got them and murdered them. They found three-year-old Kiara too, and after killing Ayita’s parents, took Kiara away. They did not, however, find Ayita. She stayed in that log for three days calling for her mother but she didn’t come. Eventually she realized that they weren’t there and she managed to get herself out of the log. A few days later she stowed away on a fisherman’s ship and landed on the shores of the Alagaesia, where she is to this day, merely travelling.
Example Role Play: Ayita's paws made no noise in the soft sand as she padded forward, her head downcast to keep the blinding sun out of her eyes. This desert wass hotter than she had remembered it to be; she had been here once before two years before. She glanced upwards and noticed that the sun was nearing its zenith.
She changed slowly. Her paws split and became hands; her ears pulled back into her head and so did her tail. The familiar prickling feeling she got when her hair receeded came over her and her limbs elongated. She was now human. Almost human. Apart from her eyes which were still like a cats, and her slightly tapered ears she was human.
Any other details: As mentioned in her history, Ayita has no family left except maybe her sister, Kiara, but she could easily be dead.
(NB: In her family the children were given four names; the first name is only used commonly once the child has reached 20 years while the second name is used commonly before that “coming of age.” At this time, the name “Ayita” is used for she is not 20 years yet.)
