Preferred Weapon(s): Dark usually carries around at least 10 throwing knives in his pocket and sometimes a slim sword that is around 3 feet long when traveling.
Personality: Dark is very confident and can react quickly to a situation, regardless of what is going on. However, his thingyiness can sometimes turn to arrogance and can lead him into a lot of trouble. He is also very good looking and usually tends to flaunt it around women. Despite his comedic nature, when someone he cares about is in danger, he could easily risk his life to save them. (Unless he caught the eye of a cute girl walking by...)
Appearance: Dark really enjoys wearing black. His usual outfit consists of a black muscle shirt with white lining that hangs very loose and has a collar on it. He also wears pants that are fairly tight but have strings hanging from the sides and usually hold throwing knives inside the side pockets. His body buily is very skinny but with a fair amount of muscle.
Likes/Dislikes: Dark mainly likes of a young age since he's a bit of a womanizer. (Ok, a lot) He really enjoys thieving from places, especially when it's challenging. He also likes training and getting stronger even though his master is very rough. Despite liking training, he hates doing physical work like a boring job. He doesn't like traveling long distances as he always needs to be doing something exciting. He also doesn't like people who treat woman badly or slave traders.
Strengths: Dark is a very courageous person. He is a quick thinker and can react without a second thought. He is also very positive about situation, no matter how hopeless things may look. His greatest physical skill is his stealth which comes from his intense training.
Weakness: Despite all these good qualities, Dark often gets into trouble. Whether it be a local guard or a cute girl walking past, there is no limits to the amount of mischief Dark seems to cause and attract. He gets very confident most of the time and when he starts taunting people, he usually doesn't stop. Also, he gets distracted very easily.
Family: Dark has only a father and a mother who both died while traveling to Dras-Leona to get new supplies. They were both killed by Urgals who were traveling through the Empire. He also somewhat considers his master a parents, however violent she may be.
Not-So-Brief History: Dark was born into a normal family in Uru'baen. His father was a blacksmith and his mother was baker. He led a normal life just like any other child in the Empire until his seventh birthday. His parents were making their yearly trip to Dars-Leona to get his father's supplies when they were attacked by Urgals that had been traveling through the Empire. Dark became a parentless and was sent to the local orphanage. During his time there, he learned the skills of thieving from his new friends he made. The next year, while he was out, wandering the streets and looking for people to pick pocket, he bumped into his future teacher. It was a female elf that had been wandering through the streets and when he asked her, what she was doing; she clamped a hand over his mouth and told her to follow her. After much pestering, she finally took Dark on as an apprentice and he was very excited. The training was very rough, mainly because they traveled to Nia, a small island, to start. Dark had to survive for one whole month before the elf, Ereganti, would take him on as an apprentice. However, he past the test and began learning about the many things that Ereganti could teach him.
By his fifteenth birthday, Dark had grown a lot and become quite the thief. Ereganti decided that she taught him all she could and as a gift, gave him her best friend, With. With was a rabbit but also had intelligence and the ability to transform into a large raven. The magic he had learned from his master was very valuable and he and With began stealing much more important artifacts from the Empire. Most of the time, he steals things and sends them with the Varden but sometimes, he gets a request to thieve from a certain person or group. Now at eighteen, he is living in Uru'baen, in secret of course because the gaurds are constantly after him.
