The Last Riders

Twenty years have passed without the dragons giving so much as one egg to the elves or humans. The dragons hadn't thought it necessary to give any more eggs because there were already so many riders in existance. Their minds were changed, however, when Galbatorix started picking off the dragon riders one by one. That's when, two years ago, the dragons left two blue and purple eggs in the care of the elves, and two white and green eggs in the care of the humans. The eggs with the elves hatched immediately to Rowan and Amethyst, the eggs had hatched only a week apart. Rowan and Amethyst started and completed their rider training in a year's time, and each recieved their swords. The humans, however, had to wait a year before each of their eggs hatched to Arbre and Serena, the eggs hatched only a month apart. Arbre and Serena were sent off to Ellesmera immediately where they started and completed their training in a year and recieved their swords. Galbatorix has just taken over the majority of Alagaesia and the Elves and Dwarves have retreated deep into the Beor Mountains and Du Weldenvarden. Galbatorix and his followers have wiped out all of the Dragon Riders, at least that's what he thinks. There are only four riders left who are not under Galbatorix's control. They are Rowan, Amethyst, Arbre, and Serena. The four friends and riders have formed an army known as "The Resistance" and their goal is to fight through Galbatorix's vast armies and kill him and the two dragon riders under his control, Rose and Kane. Doing so will free Alagaesia and allow the riders to prosper once more. So far Galbatorix has no idea that The Resistance and four remaining riders exist, but they are about to make themselves known. Will The Resistance prevail, or will Galbatorix strike them down?
