Personality: She is a socialite, always trying to make friends. When she meets someone she will usually give them quite an energetic greeting, or at least a very polite one. Once she gets to know someone – and this can happen quite quickly – she will always see them as a friend, unless they prove her otherwise. If you betray her friendship, it is very hard to earn it back. She loves her friends above anything, and would protect them at any cost. She also loves to explore with her mare, Golden Dream.
Appearance: Ella is a short but slim human. She has lightly tanned skin from being in the sun. There are often tiny cuts all over her limbs from running around and sometimes falling. She always wears a smile, some very brightly colored shirts with leggings and boots.
Likes/Dislikes: Her biggest fear is being alone, so she will often cling to a few of her closer friends, including Golden Dream. Another one of her fears is darkness; she hates the night, shadows, black, and etcetera. She loves friends more than anything. and thinks she's okay at making them. Even if she cant', she always has Golden Dream.
Strengths: Ella draws strength from ties to other people. When she knows she has friends not too far away who can protect her, she becomes more confident in herself, thus better at fighting and such. Also, she can cast a few simple spells.
Weakness: When alone or in the dark, Ella can become very frightened. She sometimes loses concentration when she is frightened, and isn’t as careful as usual.

Not-So-Brief History: Ella grew up in the beautiful city of Aberon in Surda. Her Father, Richard, had inherited a lot of money so they were never struggling to survive off pennies. Her mother could stay home and teach Ella things like reading and writing, even though those were luxuries she probably wouldn’t need.
Ella’s parents were strict about what she spent her time on, and instead of playing outside, her parents made her study and such. On Ella’s 10th birthday she was presented with a filly from her father. Ella named the foal Golden Dream because the creature’s eyes were a beautiful gold color. Ella was able to go outside only when she promised she would be caring for Golden Dream.
Ella loved the little horse and they soon became friends. A few years later, they were riding around together, laughing like there wasn’t a care in the world, and for them, there wasn’t. Ella and Golden Dream had a bond much like that of a Dragon and Rider, although they couldn’t read each other’s minds.
When Ella was 14 she was studying in her mother’s library, wishing she was with her mare, when she suddenly found a strange book. She discovered it was filled with magic spells, and some of the Ancient Language. Ella taught herself some simple magic when she was sure no one was watching, and learned a lot of the Ancient Language.
Ella turned 15 soon and was happier than ever. She had a perfect life, plenty of money, a beautiful horse, okay parents, and she knew magic now. What could go wrong? Something has to go wrong. Of course, her Mother dies of a strange, sudden fever that took over her body. After that, her Father went absolutely insane.
Her Father would keep her up all night with his wails and crying. During the day the servants would complain. After a few days Richard locked his daughter up in her room so she couldn’t go to the library or stables. Ella tried to stay until Richard cooled down, but she couldn’t take it more than a couple hours.
Ella broke out of her room with a couple quick spells after grabbing a few personal belongings, and rode Golden Dream out of Aberon. She had grabbed her daggers, bow, quiver with arrows, a small moneybag, and plenty of clothes. She hoped it would be enough to take her wherever she was going.
Anything Extra: Ella’s steed is names Golden Dream. Golden Dream is a bay mare with a white star on her forehead, and golden eyes. The mare is about 12 years old; it had been a 10th birthday present from her father. Golden Dream is very loyal to Ella and would do anything her master asked of her.
