Sephora growled slightly in frustration not wanting to leave Saphone and Tintagila alone. They didn't stand much of a chance but she didn't have much choice. Reluctantly she snatched up Caspian and bolted into the sky, only to come crashing back down shortly after as a spell bound her wings. She managed to twist enough in her fall to avoid falling on top of Caspian.
A purple dragon flew towards the scene, the rider on it wore colors of the Empire. Or more specifically one of high ranking in the Empire, if the uniform didn't give it away the response of the soldiers did. "I want them alive!" he barked seeing the soldier ready to deliver the final blow. The soldier stumbled back surprised and glanced at his feet when he realized who'd spoken. The commander of the squad walked forward, his soldiers for the mean time made no move but neither did they release Caspian nor Sephora from the spells. The commander saluted the rider before speaking. "Prince Reru, I was not aware you were going to be aiding us in this battle. What are your orders?" the man said.
Reru pulled at the straps on his saddle to loosen them before jumping to the ground. He waved the commander off and walked towards Saphone. He smiled, this was good, captured riders could be broken and bent to the Empire's will. "Tintaglia isn't it? Don't try anything stupid or your rider will be killed. So will you come willingly or will I have to drag you along? Sephora how about you?" he asked glanced between both dragons. Confidence beamed from him as he was sure he could take on both dragons single handedly if he needed to.
Sephora growled and attempted to open her wings but found the task impossible due to the spell. Her golden gaze fell on Tintaglia and a look of hopelessness filled her eyes. What could they do, unless Tintaglia knew something she didn't. From her situation she couldn't escape with or without her rider. But to be captured by the Empire.
"If you think we'll serve the Empire you are mistaken. We'll never join you or help you. The Empire will fall!" Caspian said. The spell bound him but he was still concious and well aware of what was going on. What he wasn't aware of was who he was speaking to. He wasn't familiar with Empire riders though he found it unsettling that this empire rider seemed to know his dragon's name. Reru seemed to ignore his comment as he said nothing but waited for the dragon's to reply.

Sephora trust me now is not the time to strike just submit and we will escape later pass this on to Caspian" Tintaglia said out of fear because she loves Saphone and doesn't want to lose him
"Reru is it? I will come quietly as long as Saphone is not harmed, tortured nor drugged" Tintaglia said choosing her words carefully so as not to put her Friend of heart and soul in danger but her concern was evident to reru as she spoke to him

Sephora glanced at the other dragon some doubt in her expression. This just wasn't a good situation and she was scared. Caspian was as well though they both tried to hide it. What would the chances be of escaping later? Caspian's thoughts turned to his father and brother, both served the Empire and he'd never seen them again. His mother had been killed by the empire. Surely there would be little hope for him to escape, his fear grew and Sephora growled at the Empire rider. "I'm sorry Tintaglia, we can't," Sephora said just before she and Caspian fought against their bonds. Their desperation won out as the Empire spell casters couldn't keep their hold. Sephora roared in triumph and blasted fire at those nearest.
Reru seemed to roll his eyes as Sephora and Caspian broke free. He snapped his fingers allowing his own spell to bind them instantly. The fire extinguished before it could harm anyone. He hadn't spoken any words but simply thought the spell, a hard task at best but it seemed effortless to him. "Tintaglia, you are in no position to bargain. My offer was to save your own dignity. I could take you with a single thought even without my dragon's help. I make no promises or oaths to anyone. So what will it be do you want to retain your dignity or shall I force you to come,"[/i] he asked gesturing at Sephora and Caspian who were struggling against his spell. His spell seemed much stronger than those of his men as the pair couldn't break it.

"Reru I will come just please don't hurt Saphone please"" Tintaglia was almost begging but she didn't want her partner hurt and Tintaglia would rather die then see her best friend tortured
"Sephora save your strength you will need it trust me" Tintaglia winks at Sephora

Reru smiled. "Saphone won't be hurt for now, but again I make no promises," he said. He didn't intend to do anything with them for now, their fate was undecided. He walked towards Saphone and knelt down by him. Reru didn't seem at all even worried about Tintaglia possibly harming him. He picked up Saphone which seemed an easy task for him, then tied him to his dragon, Avendel's, saddle.
Sephora looked desperate and ready to lash out were she not bound. It didn't look like there was any choice in it and Tintaglia and her rider were older than them, in that regard she felt she had to obey. Especially considering her and Caspian's attempt had so easily failed. She stopped fighting her bonds but barred her teeth when Reru approached them.
Reru didn't seem to care or maybe didn't notice, likely the first, as he picked up Caspian and tied him to Avendel's saddle as well. With two of them it took all the room on the saddle leaving none for him. "Follow us, and should you flee or make any attempts at all, I won't hesitate to kill your riders," he said speaking in the ancient language to get his seriousness of his promise across to them. Then he released Sephora from her bonds as his own dragon took to the sky without him.
Sephora growled at him, but then glanced at Tintaglia hoping the older dragon would know how to get out of this. For the mean time she couldn't risk Caspian's life. So begrudgingly she took to the skies to follow Avendel.
Reru watched as the gold dragon passed him by in flight before a set of translucent wings appeared on his back and he took to the skies after them, seeming to fly under his own power. If it was a spell it hadn't looked like he'd cast one.

"Insurance of your compliance," Reru said with his mind being careful to guard all other thoughts but the words he spoke from being heard by Tintaglia. He allowed Sephora to hear as well. "They and you don't have much of a choice if I decide to separate you or not. You have no leverage to bargain with me dragon," he said referring to Tintaglia as more of an animal and showing no respect by ignoring the name.
Caspian felt helpless as he listened to the conversation. At least he was still conscious. Sephora relayed what Reru said to the dragons. "Saphone, saphone?" he whispered trying to rouse the other rider. They needed a plan. Something to get them out of this. What would become of them if they reached the capital.
"I don't care what Saphone may or may not like. For now I'm just doing what my father, Galbatorix, asked me to do. I'm bringing him both of you. Your fate is not with me but with his choice. So it's not like if I promised you it would do any good," Reru said.

Saphone had not actually been unconscious rather faking it trying to free their bonds while he used the ancient language in his head..."Thank you Eragon" suddenly Saphone is jolted from his fake unconcious state by reru.*

Caspian was relieved to see Saphone awake but he took care to keep the conversation hushed. "Any ideas of how to get out of this? I'm scared," he admitted not even trying to hide the fear in his voice. The boy was young and inexperienced he had heard stories of the mad king and didn't at all want to find out how true those where. But it seemed they were rather powerless to get out of this. How could they defeat him? He certainly couldn't do it. And it was clear that since Saphone was captured that he couldn't do it either.

Saphone spoke at that moment to caspian "follow my lead Caspian when I move be ready but for now just go along with this and we will be fine I will get us out of this" moans and looks to tintaglia who was very hurt at these events*

Caspian just nodded and stayed quiet.
Reru got on Avendel and she took off. He motioned for the other dragons to follow. Sephora took off after them not wanting to risk Caspian's life.

Saphone grunts and casts a spell "Brisingr!" Aims it at avendel trying to catch her off balance and tintaglia tries to grab both riders***

Avendel winced as the fire hit her. Reru quickly drew his sword and slashed at tintaglia to stop her from getting the two riders. In a downward blow after fending her off he slashed both riders deep on their backs. "I warned you dragon. I will kill them if you try again," he threatened.
Caspian cried out in pain when the sword cut into him.

Winces in deep pain and moans "Tintaglia do as he says please" moans passing into unconsciousness as Tintaglia ROARS but keeps her distance from the injured riders trying to help her rider survive*

Avendel landed in a courtyard inside the castle. Reru got off and took Saphone off the saddle and Caspian after disarming them of weapons.

Tintaglia landed beside them and saphone remaining unconscious did not know they had entered the castle and he was being dragged to the throne room where galbatorix and shruikan were with murtagh and thorn he moans as their dragons walked. Alongside reru*

Avendel waited in the courtyard with the other dragons. Through the courtyard door there was no way she'd fit through it. She'd have to go in the main gate and that wasn't open.
Reru set both of them down when he got to the thrown room. For the moment it was empty except for the large black sleeping form of Shruikan. He'd notified his father though and knew the king would be there soon. Caspian sat on the floor his hands tied now and weaponless. "Sephone?" he called worriedly. All that did was get a kick from Reru on his gut knocking him over. "Shut up," he snapped. He didn't care if Sephone woke or not.

Doubt and despair started to fill the mind of the young elf/human as he started to regain his consciousness Saphone moaned weakly and he replied to Caspian "do not...worry we will be ok" moans grunting in pain looking at reru "LET US GO!"
Tintaglia had remained behind due to not being able to fit inside and glared at avendel while speaking to sephora "Sephora we must not give up they will survive" tintaglia spoke with uncertainty but hope*
