After a few days of travel, Nihael, Vavrin, and Yin and Yang arrived at the gates of Therinsford. Naturally, Nihael and Onyxia arrived first, and the others arrived shortly on wagon.
We're here, Yin said, looking at the back of the wagon. Yang sturred awake and looked around.
So soon? Yang asked.
You've been asleep for a number of days, brother... Yin said, smiling back at him. Now come, Nihael is waiting.
I suppose that'll make up for my lack of sleep in the future... Yang replied as he hopped out of the wagon. He held out his hand to Vavrin to help her down.
Yin walked towards Therinsford, standing in front of the locked gates. The gates are closed for the night. Are there any areas that can be easily taken over without any notice? Yin asked Nihael.

"We should be able to use one of these nearby farms to rest for the night. I would rather sleep with a roof over my head instead of out in the cold tonight. I am sure I can convince the owner to surrender their lodgings for the night." he spoke with a gleam in his eyes, imagining the prospective ways he could *convince* the farmer to leave. "Why don't Onyxia and I set off to acquire a farm, and then I will come back to point out which one."

Vavrin held onto Yang's hand as she stepped out of the wagon. It felt good to stretch her legs again, and she glanced about her surroundings. Noticing the gates had been shut for the night, she figured they would be setting up camp unless another opprotunity presented itself.
"You slept deeply," she said quietly to Yang. Vavrin gave a slight smile as she let go of his hand, though she stayed close with her own hand resting upon the hilt of her sword until there was word from Yin or Nihael about what they would be doing next.

Have fun and take your time, Yin said, returning to the wagon. Just try not to burn or break anything. Anything, not anyone.
Yes... it was quite enjoyable, Yang said, bending backwards and stretching. Nothing happened to us while I was sleeping, did it? I didn't... fall over on you while sleeping, did I? Or drooled?
Nihael and Onyxia are finding us a place, Yin said as he approached the two. He looked around and spotted a few dying trees. I suppose I'll go collect some firewood for tonight.

"Well, you didnt drool..." she said as she raised her eyebrows teasingly. "Glad you found my... shoulder comfortable." She watched as Yin left to collect firewood, and turned her attention back to Yang.
"So I guess we'll just wait around here for a while, until Nihael boots some poor chap from his house and until Yin returns." Stiffling a yawn, she leaned against the wagon with nothing better to do.

Nihael took off on Onyxia once again, searching for a farm that was close enough to reach quickly by horse, but far enough for the farmer's absence to go unnoticed by the villagers long enough for them to finish up their business at Therinsford and leave. Deciding on a farm that was sufficiently far enough, and back from the *road*, he landed a few dozen paces from the building, not seeing anyone outside, and went up to the door. ___________________________________________________________
Nihael circled low over Vavrin and the others. I found a farm that will serve our purposes. The owners didn't want to leave at first, but I brought them round to my methods of thinking when I appealed to their better nature withour need. If you will just follow us, we will lead you to it.

Your shoulder? Yang asked, rubbing his head. I suppose that wasn't very comfortable for your shoulder. I'll be sure to try and land on something else next time.[/i]
Yang listened in at the cracking of branches and wood as Yin ripped them apart. He closed his eyes and turned his head, listening to the beating on Onyxia's wings in the distance. Snapping out of it as Vavrin yawned slightly, Yang turned and looked at her. You did not sleep? You should have slept with mein the wagon.
Yin walked back with a small bundle of wood in his arms. This is all I could get. Seems there was a rain earlier in the last few days and the rest of the branches are too wet. We could always burn the wagon as we no longer need the ugly thing.

Vavrin shrugged as she stopped leaning against the wagon side and replied, "No. I may have dozed for a brief moment, but it doesnt matter much. Though I am glad you were able to rest." She laughed a bit as she added, "Thanks for keeping my shoulder warm."
As Yin returned with a small bit of wood, Vavrin got her things out of the back of the wagon. Glancing up slightly overhead at Onyxia and Nihael, she said,"Seems as though a farm has just opened up for us, how convieniant. Shall we go see it?" Vavrin took heart in the fact that the farm would be in better shape than the shanty housing in Yazuac.

Yin and Yang looked up as they noticed Onyxia and Nihael. "We'll get the wagon," Yin and Yang said. They untied Indy and told it to go to its master. Yin and Yang hopped into the wagon and took off towards the farm, watching the area closely as the night became darker. "I hope no one sees the dragon or ourselves. Questions may be asked and we cannot have that..."
They soon arrived at the farm and looked around the area. Smells like blood, Yang commented as he hopped off. Not as bad as the battlefield with the bandits... but I don't know how well I shall sleep tonight.
You've had enough rest in the wagon as is, brother, Yin said, smiling. He looked around and then began untying the horses. You should not need rest for a few days.

Indy trotted up and nudged Vavrin with his nose. Hello there. she said, quickly mounting him and swiftly kicking him with the toe of her boot. They took off at a gallop and followed behind the wagon. Indy's hooves pounded the ground and they were at the farm within minutes.
Vavrin dismounted and lead Indy by the reins. She caught up with the twins and said, "So, this is the place? Not bad. For a farm." Vavrin cast anxious glances to see if she could spot the unfortunate people that so nicely gave up thier shelter. Figuring Nihael had "taken care" of it, as he was so skilled at doing, she hoped to see thier mangled bodies lying around somewhere.

"Glad you seem to find the accommodations suitable. You need not worry about the farmer disturbing us, he is somewhat 'indisposed' at the moment. We should be able to spend the night quite peacefully. There are only two bedrooms in the farm, Onyxia and I shall be staying in the barn if you need us." Nihael set off at a brisk walk away from the others, skirting a rather large, burnt patch of ground on his way to the barn, with Onyxia walking beside him. Quickly opening the barn doors, he slipped in after Onyxia carefully maneuvered herself inside, trying not to smash through the walls.

Vavrin tied her horse up around the back of the farm and made her way inside. She took a loaf of bread from thier kitchen before she went up the wooden stairs which creaked with every step. Breaking off a piece and popping it in her mouth, she walked down the narrow hall past the first bedroom on the left and went inside the one next to it.
She flung the bedroom door open and found it was quaint and simple, windowless with a large bed with a quilted blanket thrown on top. Vavrin placed her cape onto the low chest of drawers and sat on the end of the bed for a while.

Yin and Yang followed Vavrin upstairs. They opened one of the doors and found their room was the bathroom. The walked down the hallway and opened several doors, two being closets and the last being their room. It was a child's bedroom with a single bed, barely large enough to hold one of the twins. Little dolls were everywhere and the windows had frilly blinds. The twins stared at the room in silence, not moving for a moment. I am NOT staying in this room...[/i] Yang said, turning around and walking out. Yin shrugged and walked towards the bed.
A room is a room...[/i] Yin said, testing the bed out and laying down. Yang stood out in the hallway in silence. He opened one of the doors and examined the contents in the closet.

Nihael paced up and down the barn, unable to sleep at all.
You should go to sleep. We have more traveling ahead of us.
You do most of the work, I just have to watch, which doesn't take much energy at all. Plus, I can't sleep anyway.
This wouldn't have anything to do with... *her* would it?
What? No, ofcourse not... I just can't sleep. I think I will head into the farmhouse to look for some food.
Nihael walked towards the farmhouse, amid a swirl of thought, hardly notcing where he was walking till he stepped in the burnt patch of ground, about ten feet long and across. Frowning with the knowledge of what the soot covering the lower portion of his boots were, he wiped it off before heading towards the pantry to look for something to eat. Finding some bread and cheeses, he set about his midnight meal.

Vavrin peeked outside of her room to see Yang staring at a closet. Leaning against the doorframe, she said, "I take it you found your room unsatisfactory?" She grinned as he stood there in silence. Vavrin past him and stuck her head inside the room that they had chosen. Obviously a little girl's room, numerous dolls stared back at her. It was an absolutely horrible sight. She saw Yin already laying on the bed and wondered how he could even stand it. She began to say something, but was too stunned to even bother.
Walking back to Yang, she offered him some bread. "This closet youve chosen... its... its really... cozy." Stiffling her laughter behind her hand, Vavrin was very pleased that she didnt get stuck with the creepy frills room.

Would you find that room satisfactory? Yang said as Vavrin looked into the room. Yang continued rummaging through the closet, pulling out a large axe. It was old, unused, and partially rusted. It placed it back inside and looked through the coats. I have nothing better to do tonight. I will not sleep, Yin has already fallen asleep.
"This closet youve chosen... its... its really... cozy." Vavrin said, laughing slightly. Yang closed the closet door and spun around, standing a few inches from Vavrin.
I suppose you have the master bed room, Yang said, moving away from her and walking into her room. He opened the door to her room and looked around. Simple... but better then the child's room.
He stood there in the doorway for a moment, examining the room quickly. He turned around and looked back at Vavrin. I... I will believe I will try and be cozy downstairs on their couch.

"Only fitting that I get the master bedroom, dont you think? However... You are welcome to make use of my room. I dont think I will be needing it." She extended an arm out to her room, not wanting to see him have to resort to the couch. Its not like she exactly planned on sleeping, anyway. "Consider it my one random act of," -she struggled to get the word out- "...kindness. Just dont touch my stuff." she added quickly, but jokingly. Vavrin glanced quickly over her shoulder at him as she made her way back down the stairs in the darkness.

Yang looked into the room and back down the hallway as Vavrin made her way downstairs. There's someone downstairs...[/i] Yang informed Vavrin as he heard a noise. I believe it is the rider, unless the farmer has returned.[/i]
Yang turned and looked back at the room. He removed his coat and stared into the room once again. A night of staring at the ceiling or attempting to make conversation with Vavrin and possibly the rider...[/i] Yang thought to himself. There are worst things, I suppose...[/i]
He placed his coat on the doorknob and turned around, walking down the hall. I believe I will join you for the night, if you'll have my company.[/i]

Nihael just finished his meal when he heard feet gently scuffling the floor as someone approached the door to the kitchen, nonchalantly looking towards the door, he saw Vavrin enter the room, a smile begin to find its way onto his face, until he saw who followed her into the room. Reducing it to a curt nod towards Yang, he leaned back in his chair, taking a sip of some brandy he had procured from the farmer's main room. "Glad you have decided to join me. Is it that you find your accomodations, unsatisfactory?" he said with a slight smile towards Yang, knowing what room the Twins had been stuck with. "Would you care for some brandy? It is the first good, strong drink I have been able to obtain since Gil'ead." he said, keeping the slight smile on his face, but with a more pointed look at Yang.

Vavrin strode into the kitchen with Yang not far behind, and met Nihael with a grin. She stretched her arms behind her back as she said, "My room is satisfactory, though I do not feel the need to sleep. However, I can not speak for Yang." She made her way to the kitchen table and took a seat beside Nihael.
"Brandy sounds lovely. How come you are not with Onyxia?" she asked, pulling her chair in closer to the table. She glanced briefly at Yang, waiting expectedly for him to join them. She turned her attention back at Nihael and rested her hands in her lap. Vavrin wondered if Yang was going to bring up the doll-infested child's room.
